“I received great service when purchasing my car. The team were friendly from reception to sales. I had the freedom to walk around and take as much time looking at the cars in the indoor showroom. Unfortunately the after sales care is a very different story. The service is terrible, my car had to have a repair and I repeatedly had to phone and leave messages, no one called back. You can never get through to them and end up leaving voicemails with your details, resulting in you having to physically turn up back at the showroom to speak with someone. Disappointing after care.”
