This is my third order and again it is taking too long to receive it. The first two orders there were leaking bottles, this order is taking too long, there’s no updates on delivery even though I’ve asked. The tracking process is pitiful. Still haven’t received my order.This will be my last order.

I paid almost $300 for my Rob and never received it nor received any response to when it will be shipped ! I will not use CaskCartel again and will discourage everyone else on social media !

Very poor experience, would not use again. Weeks between order and shipping notification, had to reach out to CS to find out what’s going on. CS was unable to help on first contact. Only received an update after asking for a refund.

Never do business with Co. They take your money and never send product then when you ask for your money they want a 35% restocking fee plus shipping on something they never sent!

I was not notified in advance of the extremely high shipping cost (was not calculated until after order is processed). I tried to cancel immediately and was told there would be a 35% restock fee. 6 days later product has not shipped and I was charged even more money for shipping. I am disputing now with my credit card.

I placed an order on 7/20/22 for an anniversary gift. As of today, 8/8/22, I still do not have my order and Cask Cartel has yet to respond to my email or refund me since the gift is now 2 weeks late. Will not order from them again.

It’s been over 10 days, still haven’t heard a thing about my order. I was on vacation, so I could be home to sign for my order. If it ever comes, now I’m not sure who can be home to sign.

I placed an order on June 29th for 2 bottles of liquor, I did read on the site that it was possible to not get confirmation initially because the orders would be coming from individual locations, which did make me a little nervous. I received the first email saying 1 bottle would be delivered but could not get anymore information other than it was in CA, the expected delivery date was July 25 and a signature was required which meant I had to be home. It did not come. I got a new email the next day saying it was in my town but again meant I couldn't go anywhere because it required a signature, so 2 days of not being able to leave the house until I sign for a package. Now we are almost at the 30 day mark and I have heard nothing about my second bottle so I finally email the company and just ask for a refund because I don't want to have to deal with this again and delivery of anything should not take 30 days! And magically they find it and I get the email saying my order is finally being processed. It's a great concept being able to access hard to find liquor but extremely poorly executed. I won't be using this site again.
