i would love to get my product so I can write a review. But since it hasnt even arrived and I have never received any shipping information that I can track my shipment I dont even know where it is.

Whats the deal ???? I bought Forty Creek Confederation Oak Reserve you charged me 199.99 Total Wine in Arlington Texas has it for 65.99 both 750 ml bottle !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

worst experience,this people treat customer as animals,cancelled part of my order because "WRONG PRICE",I paid $148 and then raised to $499,NO CUSTOMER SERVICE,PLEASE READ RETURN POLICY BECAUSE EVERYTHING SOLD BY THEM IS AS-IS NO REFUND OR RETURNS

Terrible.. Do not use this company to purchase anything. A friend sent a bottle of Balvenie French Oak to me as a gift. When I removed the bottle from the container, It was obvious the foil had been fully cut and tampered with. The foil was just sitting on top. It looked the foil had been cut with a foil cutter After contacting Cask Cartel a few times. My friend was told the bottle was damaged in shipping and they would refund him 50.00, that he should have paid for shipping damage. Ridiculous! Cask Cartel should honor this by either replacing the bottle or a full refund.

Do not use this company. Could not supply ordered item. They were told to cancel order but kept trying to give coupons and incentives not requested. They finaly acknowledged my requested order cancelation after 3 notifications. Today I get an e-mail they have shipped the canceled item. Avoid this company. Poor non-responsive service.

I will never order from this merchant again Huge price increase for the convenience of delivery—- but 10 days late and then when I ask to cancel order (because the party I ordered it for had passed) , then all of a sudden it’s out for shipping. No refund. Total rip off.

I have NOT received my order as of Oct.7,2022. I will be getting back with my credit card company shortly to dispute the charge of over $200+ on merchandise I never received!

I sent an email regarding the arrival of my order and was sent an email to complete this survey. The FedEx tracking information indicates they cannot find my shipment and I should contact the seller's customer service department. I have no idea where my order is or when it's coming and I need it for a gift in 2 days.

I accidentally made a purchase as I was considering my choices and immediately called to request the online order to be canceled. They said no. It was 2 VERY expensive bottles and they offered a cancelation but with a 30% restocking fee. What needed restocking?! I had literally JUST placed the order. Will NEVER buy from this site again.

Delays of up to 10 days to ship an order. When you ask about it, the customer service representatives are confrontational. This is a weird company that does not seem to value customers.

The selection might be nice, but your ordering and shipping info is abysmal. Bought a present for a family member and can’t track it (no shipped date, estimated arrival date, etc.) without agreeing to Route’s 3rd party terms. Route, meanwhile, wants access to scrape my email, which is invasive and completely unnecessary to track a single package. Conventional shipping info would be 1000x better and more satisfactory. As it is, your shipping costs and protection are a joke. Never ordering from your site again!

They asked me to review my purchase before they even notified me that my product was shipped— so it certainly hasn’t been delivered. The concern about customer satisfaction appears well warranted.
