This is a quasi scam no where on the website does it say that you’ll wait a week to process an order I assume the order would’ve been processed the date or the first business day after it was received but I didn’t get any kind of indication of that and therefore cannot give it as a birthday present a week later I would not use this group for anything

I ordered on 10/30 and my order just shipped today (11/16). Absolutely no updates just a warning saying something went wrong. Regardless of availability or demand information would make the process less stressful. I was literally planning to call my bank today and report it as a scam but happened to check my email first

I purchased a bottle on 10/31 and I'm still waiting on it, I was never contacted/notified to let me know that it was out of stock. A simple courtesy email/phone call would have been acceptable, but I had to call and get the covid excuse.

The order was not in stock. They offered to find it another supplier but tried charging extra 109$. I asked for a refund. They offered in store credit which I declined. Now they’re trying to send it after the date I needed to gift it. Don’t advertise products not in stock. Unkept promises. Not satisfied.

Purchased a bottle from the website. Took CaskCartel a week to find they couldn’t actually supply the bottle for what I paid. After offering for me to pay more money to get the bottle I asked to cancel the refund the order, which they previously offered. They later said they would ship the bottle at the original price without my permission. Then the bottle I received was 25 proof less that what the website was advertising. It’s been a week since I asked for a refund/return and no response.

So far I am in communication with CaskCartel over an order of Skinnygirl Margarita according to the Webpage I was ordering 1 case of Skinnygirl Margarita for 84.99 plus 30.00 dollars for shipping total of 116.00 what I was to receive instead of 1 case was 1 bottle for the 116.00. The retail price for Skinnygirl margarita is about 9 to 12 dollars go figure hopefully this can be resolved. in addition to this error I received a email from FedEx that a label has been created 11/07/2022 however no pick up as of 11/11/2022

This is a JOKE. I order 2 bottles of Balveinie 16, it took 4 months to get my order and to add insult to injury they only shipped one bottle. Please find another online liquor supplier because these people are a JOKE. Buy the way they charged my card $650 and they are saying it will go under review before they will refund my money.

I will never order from this company again. I ordered 14 bottles of tequila for a specific event and based on the shipment information, it would arrive in more than enough time. I was delighted when I received notice that my order had been delivered, but when I opened the box, there were only TWO bottles. I had to email and call the company and was required to provide photos to PROVE that the order had arrived 12 bottles short. What followed was a joke of customer service. A half dozen calls and emails later, I received another box and was still 6 bottles short. Apparently, those six bottles had been delivered elsewhere. I know that mistakes happen, but my disappointment with Cask Cartel was that at no point did anyone take responsibility for the errors and poor communication. They blamed the retailer and shipper and stated repeatedly that they had no control of what happened after they took the order. So, if you are getting ready to purchase hundreds of dollars of liquor through this site, remember that if something goes wrong, they will simply not help and not take responsibility for anything along the way. I never write reviews, but felt that the customer service of this company was egregious enough for me to want to warn others.

It took a half dozen phone calls to customer service, a half dozen emails, and PHOTOS to prove that my order arrived incomplete. This company never took responsibility ~ blamed the shipping company and their retailers. It took three different shipments to receive one order. I will never work with these folks again.

You guys false advertise tequila I wanted I end up spending almost $200 get 2 wrong bottles and then tell me I have to spend another $150 to get anything off. You guys suck. If I can give you 0 stars I would this is b******* oh s*** you guys don't like your f****** customers at all. If you want to do anything f****** useful at least f****** give me something better than 25% off on a 150 bucks. I don't eperiod I only want to spend any more money at your company anymore.

The price as advertised or in this case buy 1 at full price and a 2nd at a discounted price should be honored. If not, a credit should be given by Cask Cartel.

They vastly overcharge to the point of price-gouging on some products. An example is the Nikka G&G which is $550 above its actual cost and The Nikka that is $300 above its actual cost. If you want Japanese whiskey so badly that you will pay 400% over its price point you should just fly to Japan and get it there. At least then you will have an experience to make the money worth it. Do not under any circumstances believe them when they say they are charging what it costs because they are not honest about their pricing.

Deceptive sales practices and sloth slow service. If you’re hoping to get your bottle within a time limit, you’re sorely mistaken. I could have driven to the liquor story and gotten my bottle faster. Which is exactly what I ended up doing. And don’t ask for a refund, because they will stonewall you at every chance. I would NOT recommend using this service AT ALLL!

Worst service ever. After ordering it over two weeks ago I will not get my order for the party. They charged me $46 for shipping and I have to go out and buy inferior brandy now for my party. I will never order from cask again nor should anyone else. What’s worse is that it isnt even getting here while I am visiting this state. I I now have to ship it to Ohio. Don’t get burned like I did. Avoid this business at all costs.
