30 dollars for shipping is crazy. The site also automatically charges the additional "optional" insurance without asking.

Delivery time was / is awful. No estimates on delivery times and very little communication. Won't buy through them again.

Made order on December 3rd 2022, it is now day 12, December 15th and I still haven't received my order or any updates when it will be shipped.

I have only revieved two of the bottles I ordered. The price is higher than quoted. Total BS. I will not use and will not recommend this company to anyone. Very Frustrating!!!

Ordered on the 3rd of December. I keep getting the run around and a refusal to provide me with a tracking number. I paid for the insurance and your company refused to process my refund as well. Please give me my hard earned money back!

horrible customer service. I requested a refund because they wanted to upcharge me from the original price, so I went and bought the bottle of wine from a different company. CaskCartel ended up just waiving the upcharge, but then wouldn't let me go through with a refund.

CaskCartel used another online vendor to fill my order. I used CaskCartel based on their “in stock” claim when I placed the order for timely delivery. I would have gone with the vendor they are using and saved money had I known it would have been the same length of time. Overcharged for the same product to do what I would have done initially. I paid the extra for the “availability” of the product. Disappointing.

I placed an order on your website on 12/6 for one bottle of Founders Blend Blue Nectar Anejo and haven’t received an email confirmation, nor have I received my order. It was a gift for a friend.

I will NEVER make any purchases from this online retailer again. It has been 2 weeks since placing my order and I have yet to receive the order nor get valid tracking information as to if it has even been shipped. So far 2 separate FedEx labels have been attached to my order status. However, one label was subsequently cancelled and the items on the 2nd label have not been tendered to a FedEx driver / office.

Absolutely nowhere in the checkout process did it tell me WHEN these will be shipped or when I should expect them. Then halfway through writing this review there was a popup. This is awful website usability.

I ordered the advent calendar on November 30th as the site indicated it was in stock and would ship next day. It would be late but still fine. As of today (December 9) it still hasn’t shipped and I’ve spoken to customer service multiple time who have promised me it was “going to ship today” for the last week. The label was created November 30 and it hasn’t moved since. Right now they will not cancel, refund, or apparently ship my purchase so I am stuck and unhappy.
