“I ordered two bottles of coquito & couldn't wait to try it. Unfortunately, one of the bottles broke on delivery. There was no indication on the box that the contents were fragile so the box was wet on arrival. It was left at my doorstep; I didn't sign anything. This was my first time ordering; now, it's my last. I'm very disappointed.”

“Delays of over a month and a half and asking for a review before they’ve even delivered my product… I’m disappointed with CaskCartel and their service. Their customer service team was helpful, but I wish I would’ve been warned about their painfully slow shipping practices before I ordered.”

“It was 7 days before Christmas and as where I’d purchased several bottles from another vendor at 1/3 the price I was desperate so I forked over $171.00 for a bottle of Fortaleza tequila blanco which normally cost $52.00 - $62.00 . Will never use your service again.”

“Purchased two products on Dec 11th as Christmas gifts. Paid $35.00!! for shipping. Received items on Dec 27th (dumped a half mile from my house at a post by the mailbox). Two customer service reps did nothing to help speed things up after I reached out twice. The company could care less because they were paid.”

“CC charged me $160 for a bottle I (eventually) found at a local store for $60. And it took over a month to get. But the good news is that they only charged me $130 for shipping! Never ever will I use CC again and would never recommend it to anyone.”

“I made the purchase on 12/18/2022. Sent email asking about the status of the order twice, first time was on 12/25, they replied next day but did not hear from them. Received a notification only on 12/29 that the order was shipped after asking them to cancel my order. They provided me a tracking number but unfortunately the number was not found at FedEx. I will wait for a few days and see. This was definitely not a good experience.”

“Wish I could give less stars, I'm waiting for a Customer service response and maybe I'll change my review if they make it right. Order #100111277500: I ordered a case online buy selecting the "buy a case" button. This moonshine is 34.99 each, so I thought it was fine that a case was $209, shipping was ridiculous at over $100... but I didn't feel like driving to KY.... I ordered it on Dec 12th thinking it would make it by Christmas...nope, not only did it arrive after Christmas, ONLY 1 BOTTLE was in the order!!! They charged me $321 for 1 bottle of moonshine!!!!! I'm waiting for a response from customer service... this CANNOT be a valid price at nearly 10x the advertised price per bottle. I believe their online ordering page has some MAJOR glitches! -Brian”

“This Chrismas for my two friends was a bust. I planned ahead, purchase a set of great bourbons, got one of two orders with a tracking number (God knows where the other went), got jerked around. and they wanted more money from to to fix the problems. Do not be suckered by these cheats. I expect this review to "get lost" in the mail like my orders.”

“For what I paid for the 5 sample bottles I could have purchased a large bottle of very good quality bourbon. On top of all that the time it took to get to me was totally unacceptable. I would have cancelled if I would have known it was coming after Christmas, unfortunately there is no way to cancel. My card was charged right away though. Lesson learned. I will not be ordering from you again and have unsubscribed from any future emails.”

“never buy anything from this company! I thought I was buying a case of Skinny Girl Spicy Lime MARGARITA COCTAIL WHICH GENERALLY SELLS FOR $9.99 PER BOTTLE. i PAID OVER $60.00!! TODAY, I RECEIVED ONE BOTTLE!!! AND I NEVER HAD TO SIGN FOR IT...IT WAS LEFT OUTSIDE WHERE CHILDREN COULD HAVE TAKEN IT! THIS IS NOT THE END OF THIS FRAUD; NO ONE PAYS $68.00 FOR ONE BOTTLE KNOWINGLY!!”

“Do not use use their competitor. They are cheaper and more reliable ordered on the December 7th received December 27th. I placed two orders with the competitors, and received my shipment within three days.”
