I don’t have my order yet! My order sat for 10 days instead of being handed off to fedex for shipping. Somebody dropped the ball. I ordered on 12/14 and it was supposed to arrive 12/23, yesterday. I wrote asking about the package last night after it never arrived and I found out nobody had actually ever handed it off. I suspect my email woke someone up because it was finally handed over to fedex moments ago. But now it won’t arrive until at least 5 days after my 25th anniversary celebration! A more appropriate fix would have been to overnight it to me. Why oh why didn’t you just overnight it? I’m so disappointed. I went to a lot of trouble to find a way to get this product, and now it won’t be here even close to on time. There are no do-overs for a silver wedding anniversary.

Do NOT buy from here. I still have yet to receive my purchase. It's Dec 23 and I ordered on Nov 28. They also charged an astronomical shipping fee. They then came back later and asked for more money as they didn't have in stock what they sold me and had to go to a third party. Terrible terrible company. Dave yourself time, money and frustration.

I understand supply chain issues and how this creates a challenge in filling orders, but this was over a month on two rather common items. The kicker was our UPS driver on the final item’s delivery. He tossed the box (marked fragile) approximately 6 feet out of his van onto the concrete, picked it up, and delivered to my awaiting hands at the door. Keep it classy!

I ordered an advent whiskey calendar for Christmas, but it was NOT delivered in a timely manner. Upon requesting a refund, I was informed that my order did not meet the requirements for a refund. The “all sales are final” and 30-day shipment window terms should be better advertised on the website and at order placement. This is especially true of time-sensitive items such as advent calendars. I ordered this because a competitor was not able to fulfill a similar order. However, I will not be ordering other products from CaskCartel.

Still waiting on another shipment that I ordered . If I knew this or was coming from 2 different places I would never used you all? Simone promised me this wasn’t the case or coming for x mass. Doesn’t look like it. So really not good review...

I have not received my package and it was days before I even knew when it was coming. The package was going to be for my husband's birthday but his birthday has since passed. I suggest you give a delivery time right away so the customer knows when the product is coming before they order the product.

First, I found a double bottle price the same as one bottle. I ordered it, and 2 weeks later was told they can't fulfill it, it was a website error. Ok, but 2 weeks? Second, I ordered the single bottle and was offered a "Bonus Gift" I chose the bonus gift and my shipping went up, ok fine. The Bottle arrived, but not the Bonus Gift, after paying shipping for it! Customer service said they cant fulfill the "Bonus Gift" now, so they charged me shipping, on what? They did offer $5 off my next order. Well, what is the old saying "Fool me once..."

I ordered from this website on December 9th, expecting to have the gift available by Christmas. It is now the 20th and I have not yet even been given an ETA, let alone assured that the order will even be fulfilled at all. This is absurd.

You have the wrong shipping address on my package the Christmas bourbon box. I live in upland and I don’t know anyone in North Carolina. I will not pay for this if it is not changed immediately. My address is 2509 Spring Terrace. Upland California. 91784.

I ordered a gift two weeks before the party based on the item description stating the product would ship in 1-3 days. After day 5, and not being shipped I contacted customer service. I got a canned response back that their policy states 10 days. On day 10 it still was not shipped and I got the same exact response back that it was 6 days. This time I replied back and got an actual reply stating it needed to be 10 business days. Today was 12 business days and a week after the party and it shipped. There are many other online spirit companies to chose from. I have used many of them and have never had this poor service. I suggest using another.

It's been three weeks since I placed my order. My order has two tracking numbers with it, one of which has been canceled and the other has the label created 7 days ago but has yet to be received by fedex. I ordered a month ahead of XMAS to try and make sure i could hand them out as gifts, but now that probably won't happen.

I wanted to send my relative a special pear brandy. Your company decided to accompany this special pear brandy with two airline bottles of…. root beer whiskey. My relative was confused and I was appalled that you would do this to me, to send this kind of a disgusting liquor to my relative was inappropriate. You claim that this is being a nice stocking stuffer but I claim that you downgraded my nice gift. Next time ask before you send something like that. I will never ever use your company again.
