On 10/31/2022 I placed an order. This order could only be partially filled which is understandable. I received an additional e-mail on 10/31/2022 which stated that two items on the order were out of stock. As a courtesy, CaskCartel stated that an additional retailer was found and confirmed product availability but at an additional cost. If an additional $54.98 was paid my order would become a priority, so I paid the additional fee. On 11/15/2022 I inquired about the status of the order. I was told that the order was being shipped from overseas and was currently in US customs awaiting approval and I would be updated every 24-48 hrs concerning the order. I did not receive updates at this frequency. I contacted CaskCartel to cancel the order and obtain a refund. Customer Service stated that I had to wait 30 days from the initial order date to request a refund but the request would not guarantee a refund. Hmm, interesting. Supposedly the order will arrive on 12/9/2022. 1 star was posted due to paying an upcharge for priority, refund denial, and nothing offered by CaskCartel to retain customer loyalty.

Provide tracking of packages through other means than “Route” app. I do not want some tech firm tracking me, sharing my personal information to other companies, or making me give consent to access my email account!

The first time I ordered, I received my order in a timely manner. It’s funny i’m being asked for a review this time and still have not gotten my order. For the price you pay for delivery, you would think it would not take as long.

Pricing is a farce at best, overcharging by 300% plus at the minimum. Call me, I’ll screw you over for half of their prices.

site doesnt work, you want to send a gift card to somebody but it doesnt give you that opportunity.. i thought I'd be able to put a recipient email in somewhere but you cant... watch out!

I spent over $600 on a rare bottle of bourbon for a gift and the bottle took almost a week and a half to even ship from the site, which caused me to miss the date that I needed this gift for. When contacting the company about this, they basically told me there was nothing I could do and that they wouldn’t allow my order to be cancelled and have the money refunded. This place is an absolute Joke and I will NEVER use them again for any reason. If someone spends this type of money on a bourbon, the order should be sent out within a timely matter at the very least, and to refuse to cancel an order that hasn’t even been shipped out is asinine. 0 out of 10 DO NOT use this company

I recently made a mistake it haze but accidentally noticed I had the wrong shipping address and I am unhappy that there wasn’t an easier way to cancell/ Change my order! Now I may not receive it

I never received the wine. Not only did I not receive the wine I even cancelled the order the same day as the order was placed. Cask Cartel claimed they sent a proof of signature for the delivery but never actually sent it. This seems to be a scam they are running.
