“You have the audacity to ask for a renewal premium of £640 for my car insurance, when I can find the same cover for £390 with a high street name.
I feel that this is just taking advantage of a loyal customer, who is old and you therefore think is not likely to change insurers.
In short you are nothing but a bunch of crooks, and I will not be renewing my car insurance with you.
Also when my Buildings & Contents cover comes up for renewal, I will be looking for alternative cover, as I can not trust Castle Cover anymore”

“I just hope you will be the first organisation to re-introduce a scheme which is aimed at retaining loyal customers, rather than attracting new ones through discounts which are financed by unexplained increases in your existing customer base. I'm fairly sure no one enjoys the annual ritual of automatically implied distrust when it comes to viewing renewal invitations. Keep it honest, transparent and, above all, fair to those who deserve it! This could save us all valuable time and money.
I am unable to comment further, at this stage, other than disagree with £25 administration charges for minor alterations to documents.
