We've looked into the matter and unfortunately sometimes with older vehicles such as this one from the 1930's, the DVLA records simply aren't up to scratch. “i was surprised after paying out to find your information to be completely wrong as my vehicle has a 2ltr engine not a 1.6ltr how this can happen i dont know it could possibly be because the previous owner thought it was a 1.6ltr”

Dear Harold, thanks for your review and for using our service. We've had a look through the check you purchased and we can see that the vehicle is listed as a 2.0 litre on your economy certificate, but it's incorrectly listed with the DVLA database as a 1.6. We're sorry for this error on the DVLA data part of the check and we've dropped you an email to see if we can resolve the issue.

Hi Rosetta, obviously not what we like to hear! We've looked into your check which identified that the vehicle was CAT-D, gave previous selling prices and full economy information and are struggling to see what's wrong but we've dropped you an email to see if we can clarify.
