I had bought a motorbike and could see from the V5C that it was imported (first registration in 2005, first UK registration in 2015). Therefore I wanted to find out where it had been imported from. After paying £3.99 to you, all I got was the information I already knew - i.e. it was imported. I think this is a rip off. What is the point of your checks?!

nothing really bad i just wish i could have at least downloaded my car check to my printer so i would have then had a copy of the report on paper but this is not possible a shame really.

There was very little information on my car. I feel that I wasted £10.00 It had been exported previously & I re-imported dit, that wasn't listed. There was no information on the fuel type, gearbox, door seats, previous owners, engine capicity, ower output

Lost sale due to incorrect HPI data. DVLA state current log book holds correct data but HPI database shows previous log book with our old address as the correct one. Paid £10 in an effort to show highly interested buyer that car was HPI clear only to be shown false information. What is the point of a HPI check if the info they hold is incorrect.

I ordered and paid for a car check from you but did not receive it nor did I receive an answer to my email sent via PayPal .As I needed a report I had to pay another company for one which I received with no problems

The process and information is OK but the system does not distinguish dealers' stock financing arrangements. My search showed outstanding finance just a few days old described as 'unit stocking'. I phoned the finance company who had no record of either the reg.number or agreement number and referred me back to the dealer. His explanation seems sound given this is a Skoda main dealer, a 3 year old Skoda and the finance is through VW bank. Bit of a waste of time though.

Most of the info it gave me was in the description and for the price I paid I assumed it would have said more than FAILED in two categories

I purchased a Gold Check on a vehicle, the MOT & Mileage history were not included in the report despite being advised as one of the features of the Gold Report. I sent an email asking for the MOT/mileage history but have not yet received a reply. I could have got a similar report a lot cheaper but opted for the Gold as I wanted a more comprehensive report.
