Your review system is pointless as I first checked 'Acceptable' and then you gave me no facility to say anything negative after inviting me to say something positive! How will you ever improve your service if you don't give customers who find your service merely 'acceptable' a chance to point out any shortcomings. Looks to me like this is just fishing for compliments so you can publish meaningless statistics. Rubbish!

The check revealed that the vehicle had no current MOT - which is incorrect. The current MOT runs out in a month or two!!!

I was sent an email saying the car I purchased was a fail because it had 2 MOT failures in the past. Yet it was a bargain at 1/2 the provided valuation. I wrote and asked for £9.99 to be returned as I considered this online fraud. 24 hours ago and I have only had this survey as a response

I bought this to ascertain where the car had been MOT perhaps there is a reason for this but there is little information as to what you are purchasing for your £3.99.

Paid £19.95. Got one check instead of three as advertised. Got another Check on a different car.Was charged for it as a single check and was told 2 free checks available. Couldn't get first check results restored for view.

I paid my fee to be told that my car was an insurance write off. It didn't specify if it was Category C or D. This is important as it's indicative of the severity of the damage/condition. I am disappointed.

I requested a HPI check on a mini cooper which I have for sale and have the V5 but no one will go near it for some reason so trying to find out why. Picked your company as it was at the beginning of the google search as I imagine most other people have done and you told me dvla has no record of it, which is the kiss of death if you are trying to sell something. I rang the dvla and flew into them and they read all details back to me and said they cannot update there records as they are ok and car is all good. And said the problem is with the HPI company and thats YOU . and for that it cost me £9.90 but worst of all you would and probably already have put off potential buyers. However a full refund was given without hesitation.

Hi, We obtain details from various sources and the DVLA being only one of them. Unfortunately on this occasion there has been an error whilst running your check. This is usually caused by our database not having any details present for a vehicle currently registered to VE05 RHZ. I can confirm a full refund has been given.
