Website looks nice. I bought a single gold check and viewed it on the website. It wasn't emailed to me and it is impossible to now find it on the website. I should have followed the advice on Pistonheads and used one of the other sources as it looks like I need to do that anyway!

The information supplied was seriously out of date, the vehicle showed as being financed which on contacting the garage and then the finance company where re-assured that the finance had been settled over 4 months previously. We took this issue up with Cazana who advised that they could only supply the information they have on file. We took this issue up with them and were please to receive a refund without quibble. However another issue we took up with Cazana and to date has not been rectified is that the printer version of your report does not transpose correctly from the information you supply on screen. In our particular case the on screen value of the vehicle was £24636 yet on the printout (and this is the document you would wish to show to a prospective buyer) showed the value as 12,176 which is in fact your estimated mileage figure on screen. We have uploaded screen shots of your on line report and a copy of your printer friendly report, please check out the discrepancies. As the sole purpose of checking out the vehicle history using your report is to give people reassurance when purchasing a vehicle it has done nothing but supply out dated information and incorrect printouts, the most unsettling process of us buying our vehicle was taking out this car check with Cazana which was supposed to offer peace of mind. As a vehicle check company the information you provide is next to useless if it is so out of date. We sincerely hope that there are no other documented problems with the vehicle that has not come to light because of your out of date data. Just one more thing the cost of car tax on your report is out of date too :( I hope you appreciate the considerable amount of time we have taken to highlight your short comings and to relay our bad experience so you can improve your services for future car purchasers and they can have the peace of mind you purport to offer.

Firstly I think the service is rather expensive for what you get. But more importantly I was very disappointed that I could not print the full report giving all details on MOT's.

i went on to your site and was charged £14.99 and then what appeared to be a better report giving full detail of write off damage was charged £9.99 and ..it was the same report!!! bit of a con that one!!!!

The full cost wasn't detailed b4 I'd already paid. I thought it was £6.75 or whatever it was and I got charged £9.99. If I'd of known that I'd of gone elsewhere. So on that basis I won't use you again.

no data regarding specific accidents and poor info with owners vehicle general data which can be detected with your own eye - i guess the forte point is " not stollen " search

For the price I was expecting far more information. Most of the information could be found without paying on other websites. Left feeling ripped off. Well you did ask !!

The finance was in red saying HP was outstanding. But RIC who they had the HP with said it was clear. So the it needs updating.

I tried in vain to copy in order to select what I wanted to print. The friendly version did not include your estimated value. I can get the same information from DVLA.

Pretty disappointed at the information I paid for as it did not give me much more than the free version....you recommended not to purchase based on outstanding finance but after speaking to the finance company it is called stocking finance for dealers and it is perfectly safe to continue as there is no lean on the car only on the dealer! Also there is no details of previous owners names so I could not contact at least one of them to check condition/history etc I would respectfully request a refund on this occasion. Cazana's free service is great and very useful. On the back of that I decided to buy the check for £14.99 (the car I was looking at was Cat D). The paid service had very little extra info. I had considered RAC and AA online paid for checks and I'm wondering if they might have been better or not. Specifically on Cazana's paid service I am disappointed not to receive a written (printable) report. I got a link to a website that is valid for 30 days but is not printable (as shown on screen) from Chrome, IE or Edge browsers. To me the point of this would be documentable for my records info - or new info which I didn't really get (with the exception of the recorded date of the Cat D - so thanks for that !)
