“I had previously purchased a PC game from them with no issues. However, I purchased a digital code for the same game through them after experiencing no issues with my first purchase. The code says it was already in use. I have already tried to contact their support team and I have no received a response yet even though I was able to get in touch with someone after purchasing it and verifying if everything was okay. They did not reply to me afterwards. I have attached screenshots and still nothing.”

“Really poor experience using this company. Purchased GTA for the PC, 2 of the files would not download. Spoke to them about it and they said my PC was faulty and that i had to speak to Rockstar (GTA) about it. We did and after 4 hours they couldn't help us. Went back to CD keys and they will not refund despite sending a faulty game. Bunch of scammers will never touch these again and i would advise anyone considering using them gives them a wide birth. Just pay a bit more and use a reputable company.”

“Cheated out of time and money. If you’re thinking about buying from CDKeys.com don’t bother; it’ll only bring you disappointment. On the 6/12/19 I purchased a £20 Steam wallet voucher, on the 15/12/19 this was then ‘approved’ for me to download and print off of my personal printer to be added to a sealed Christmas present for my brother. Christmas Day arrives, my brother goes to redeem his key and as I’m sure you’ve read many times before ‘THIS CODE HAS ALREADY BEEN REDEEMED’. Now, nobody but my brother has a steam account, nobody has inputted this code into an account to my knowledge and yet somehow CDKeys customer support are stating I have redeemed this already; Howwwwwww? Whennnnnnn? With what accountttttttt? Customer support have replied to my ticket just the one time so far and have passed me off to speak with STEAM directly. Surprise surprise Steam have confirmed the code has been used and to contact the point of purchase. This is a tennis match I most certainly didn’t ask for and words cannot describe how frustrated I am to see reviews popping up all of the internet exclaiming the exact same problem. Being sold a used key is a rip off to say the least but it just shows that keys aren’t being checked properly before being sent off and/or the sources providing them with the codes aren’t legitimate. I’ve got screen shots of conversations with other fellow disappointed customers, screenshots from Steam and screenshots from CDKeys, proving just how poorly this ‘company’ is run and if ever you think it’s worth saving the odd 50p and ordering from this particular website I can assure you it would be like lighting a match to your bank account.”

“I ordered a game, then i got an email which said I have to wait 30mins 'cause they checking my order. After almost 48hrs , I wrote 3 times to support but they never answered. I can only trust paypal will refund my money.”

“Bought two codes for my son. The second dark Vertex did not work, already redeemed. Contacted cdkeys to get a valid code or a refund and they've asked me to try the code again and contact Microsoft because the code has been sent only to me - complete nonsense. Never heard from them again. Taken it with paypal and waiting for a resolution.”

“I've been a customer of cdkeys for a long time, and been stung twice by inadequate descriptions. The latest one was Resident Evil 2 + DLC. At the time it was £18 for the game, and £28 for the game + DLC. I purchased the DLC package and it came with the preorder bonus which was 1 measly peace of useless DLC (not the actual DLC). There have been previous instances where this has happened, more notably it never came with any DLC at all. I'm not usually one to complain, but I felt I had been robbed because it wasn't clear (especially as a phone user). I looked at my history and thought, maybe this one time I will contact support and see if I can get my £10 back. They asked for screenshots etc, and that's when I found out that the preorder bonus was the DLC they were referring to... I made the case (and took my own screen shots) showing that nowhere on the phone browser you could see anything that states this. After this my emails were ignored, so I opened a case with PayPal. Cdkeys won the case, but PayPal said I could have the 10 because I was very clearly misold. Anyways, after that my account was banned from making purchases (despite only ever complaining about one of many). Good until something goes wrong, it might not happen very often but it will sting you eventually and they won't honour any type of refund, and follow up with a swift ban. All you are is a number, and a source of money. To them, there are no such thing as loyal customers. Or even honest ones. If you have something missing, protips - just say you never got it. If you be honest, and only ask for a fair partial refund because of incorrect descriptions, you get treated like a criminal regardless. I will be leaving this review on multiple websites, and also contacting a small circle of youtubers about CDKeys. If you've had similar experiences, be sure to come forward because these bad reviews get lost (since most people have never had anything go wrong with their purchases). Support are no help, and if you open a case through PayPal through lack of response, you just get banned. Thanks for that Cdkeys, very professional of you.”

“Someone has made unauthorised transactions using this site with my paypal to purchase i can only assume some gaming codes, I have contacted CDkeys.com and have not recieved a reply. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!! I cannot find a telephone number for them either.”

“Purchased 3x Xbox Gamepass codes from them but could only redeem 1 of 3. Turns out they are selling trial codes which are limited to 1 per account. This is misleading as they don't mention this anywhere on the product page. CDKeys wouldn't reply to support requests whatsoever. After posting on Trustpilot, they've been in contact through the site and promised a partial refund. It has been 2 weeks now since they claimed to have issued a partial refund. I have not received anything. So not only was their product page misleading, their "support staff" are straight up frauds. When all goes well they often have great prices but if you ever need support (and you will) they WILL scam you. It's actually quite clever. So my advice.. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!”

“This must be paid reviews. cdkeys.com is scamming you for your personal info! In the ordering process, they ask for your phone number (requires phone verification), real address (they will know if you use VPN). Once I've made my order, I've received an email that my order needs to be further approved and that was followed by another email, asking me to photograph my credit card along with time and date, so now they have that piece of information as well. In the end, in yet another email they've decided NOT to approve my order by writing the following: "Unfortunately, the review team rejected your order. So as not to inconvenience you any further, I can confirm that your order has now been cancelled and the transaction voided/refunded." I've used plenty of similar websites before, but this many privacy violations are one big giant red flag. Stay away.”

“SCAM!!!!Ridiculous customer service, will never buy again... I bought a XBOX LIVE 3 MONTHS SUBSCRIPTION, received a used code...I redeemed the code just a few minutes after received. Yes!!! they sold the same code mode them once!!! I mailed them asking for another code and received a reply asking me to contact Microsoft, after my reply saying that I want another code or my money back they did not anewer me anymore.”

“An unpleasant experience because of the sales policy. You buy a game, wait half an hour (but the site is instantly written) after which they want to check you out. I sent a bulletin attached to the white sheet with the date and the cdkeys and they said they were not enough, probably they do not like my girl in the picture or find something wrong ... wrong what ?! in the conditions we paid with paypal personally. It's exaggerated how many confirmations are required for a game. Worse than in Communism. How many people have too many customers and allows them to choose based on a wrong sales policy. There are many other platforms where you can buy games without having to attach all your family tree. bad experience, the services offered to the extent”

“Bought a key, was never sent out. Order number : 12034423362 Date : 25 January 2019 Hour : 1 AM CEST Game name : Resident Evil 2 / Biohazard RE:2 PC + DLC Price : 35.99 Means of payment : Ideal How much time did it take to receive the key : Unlimited, never received a key Did you use support : yes How much time did they take to respond :605 minutes Key works : No They simply never sent the key. After 7 hours they responded to my support ticket and claimed that they just "re-sent" the confirmation email. Well, they didn't. Re-sending means sending something again. It wasn't sent in the first place and it wasn't resent. Have created a new support ticket and also replied, but didn't get an answer. Have ordered games before via CDkeys.com, but this is probably the last time. Why would someone say that they just re-sent something while they didn't? They claim that keys are sent out instantly. No they aren't and even when you reach out to them, they falsely claim that they have sent something again. My advice is not to buy anything from CDkeys.com. Try the other sites instead. In some cases, they don't have the keys in stock and they are very much aware of this, but they rather sell anyway without delivering anything in return. No key, 18 hours and counting.. Btw. found their website via allkeyshop.com. Have tried 4 times to add a shop review, but it's not working. My reviews never appear. Allkeyshop has also reached out to cdkeys.com and no response. They just ask me to wait. Can't even warn others.. smh”
