“I paid $12.70 for cancelation refund protection and you are ignoring it. The flight was delayed 7 hours and I could not wait that long so I cancelled my reservation.”

“Sold me a round trip ticket basic economy from Aberdeen to Minneapolis for 279. Booked the flight. Paid for it. The ticket was non refundable. Got no confirmation email. When i called they said that there were "no seats left". They forced me to pay an additional 110 to move to main cabin or lose the 279. Worst of all, when we took off there were a bunch of open seats back there! 😒 They sure saw me coming! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will NEVER book a flight with "cheap" flights again! TRAVELERS BEWARE! Search elsewhere! They only got 1 star because it wont go lower! AFTER POSTING THIS POOR REVIEW, THEY CALLED AND ASKED ME WHAT THEY COULD DO TO MAKE ME CHANGE IT. THEY OFFERED ME A 50 DOLLAR REFUND ON THE 110 THAT I OVERPAID AND SOME TRAVEL VOUCHER GOOD FOR A YEAR. I SAID I ONLY FLY ONCE EVERY 10 TO 15 YEARS. THEY OFFERED TO MAKE THE VOUCHER GOOD FOR 2 YEARS... 🤣🤣🤣 I Finally told them they can refund the full amount or ill turn them in for false advertising. "I will submit the request for a full refund. It should take 7 to 10 days to reach your account." THE END!”

“As it relates to service, pricing, and final invoice received. Re: Booking Reference No. - 1936597 Dealing with Cheap Tickets was the worst experience I have ever encountered when trying to book travel. From selecting my flight to final payment was not without issues. Primarily, once my payment information was submitted, and I received final confirmation for this booking. To my surprise, some 10 hours later, the confirmation that I had received was NOT the final pricing, nor confirmation. While my credit card was charged immediately, and was reflecting pending on my card account, Cheap Tickets did not “finalize” the transaction until some 9 hours later which bumped me to a new day and a different price (like an additional $300). When I called to inquire as to why this had occurred, after I had received a confirmation, they said it was not confirmed. They then wanted to blame my bank and say that they had not received the authorization from my bank in time. A call to my major bank that holds my credit card, said no, that was not true. The transaction was pending with the bank waiting on the merchant (Cheap Tickets) to finalize the transaction on their end. In bringing this to the attention of the Customer Service representative he was insistent that it was my bank’s fault. I then insisted that my call be escalated to a supervisor. The supervisor then went into this diatribe about the confirmation I had received vs the e-ticket confirmation that I had not yet received. This new person now explained that the final price isn’t settled until the e-ticket is sent out. He also went on and on about how the “price changes every second”! I’ve never heard of such a thing. I’ve tracked and followed airfare prices for a long time, and yes, I know that fares change, but not quite like that!! Further, this supervisor then quoted me a price change, that reverted back to the amount that I had originally been charged; however, this price did not include seats. I then received an invoice from Cheap Tickets that indicated I had paid a certain amount for the flights, and for the seats. The next day, I received an email confirmation from Frontier (who the tickets were with through Cheap Tickets) that showed a lower price without seats. My questions now are: (1) why is the Frontier price cheaper than Cheap Tickets; and (2) why do I not have seats confirmed since the invoice from Cheap Tickets says that I do have seats? What’s going on here? Fraud??, and (3) why does Cheap Tickets not finalize and issue the e-ticket once the payment has been received?”

“Misleading fares advertised on momondo.com. I booked a fare advertised on momondo.com that looked peculiarly cheap. The fare was non-existant at the time of booking. I was called a few hours later and told the airline had increased the prices and was offered the same price as could easily have been booked on line originally with immediate confirmation with a host of other agents and directly with the airline. Never again. cheapflighfares should not be advertising fares they cannot provide as this lures tarvellers in misleadingly. I will say though, they did call and explain everything, and in the end after several unnecessary phone calls and relying on human intervention everrthing worked out. But better to book directly with the airline on their website: Same price, instant confirmation, no middle man, no unnecessary phone calls, etc.”

“They sent me a promo, I applied it before the checkout and when it was loading they took it away. They tried to charge me 2 times $98 plus what I paid for the whole trip. When I called they have no response from where they want to charge me the $98.”

“I am totally disappointed in the service of the customer service people. They wanted to force me to change the dates of my flights saying that they had all my information from the bank and that they would charge the tickets even though I told them that I would not cancel them apart. I went back and tried to buy again and They wanted to charge me extra more than $200 telling me that airport fees is not the first time I have bought here but this time I had a horrible experience”

“Youse are scammers half of your customer. Service representatives are very rude and disrespectful and you should figure out something even though you don’t reimburse a ticket y’all should be able to do something to help accommodate especially when it is less than a week of purchasing tickets if it was up to me, there will be a whole bunch of other stuff that I would say but there are good people that work for you and the rest suck balls”

“I booked a flight, then was notified by Cheap Flights that the price had gone up and I need to pay them double the listed price, although the prices on their search engine and listed prices on the carriers sites are still the original price. Bait and switch scam. They offered to lower the price by $25 and I agreed, but I will never use this site again.”

“I purchased tickets to Montreal from cheap flights in Feb. when I went to check into my flight in March the flight was canceled due to the company going out of business. I had purchased insurance for my flight which the cost was over $1000. I have filed a request for my refund and a month later I have still not heard anything regarding to my money. I will never recommend this site and feel like I was scammed.”

“While I received a confirmation from Cheap flight fares I never received anything from Spirit. My husband became sick 48 hours before flight. I had flight insurance. I contacted through Cheap Flight Fares and they gave me a number. The number I called said to contact you again, they had nothing they could do. I did and was told you couldn't help. I contacted Spirit to tell them I was canceling. I had no flight confirmation through Spirit, no booking, no confirmation, no luck. No flight, no flight insurance but still paid for ticket that was never issued. I WILL NEVER USE I DIDN'T HAVE A TICKET BUT WAS CHARGED”

“I went on Kayak to book a business flight from Chicago to Europe for my family. In my search I saw an offer from Cheapflightfares which had a discounted rate vs everyone else. It looked like a good opportunity and went ahead and booked and payed for the full fare. After payment was sent their website wouldnt let me get the itinerary and immediately I started receiving multiple calls (1800 numbers). Their objective was to get more money by lying to me that they only had 3 seats available and that I needed to pay more to secure the fourth seat I had already reserved. Clearly a con to swindle people out of money. I told them that I would report them to my credit card company and to the website and they miraculously found the missing 4th seat at no extra cost. I cancelled the reservation and luckily got my money back but will never consider working with this fraudulent company ever again.”

“I certainly am not a season traveler so not knowing when I had to cancel my dec. flight to visit my daughter.at a cost of 90+ dollars leaving a balance of 460+ dollars toward another flight that booking a flight for 320 dollars would leave me still owning $177. I didn't take anything in High school higher than geometry but I do know that if you have 460+dollars supposedly toward a flight at a later date that cost $320 you shouldn't have to pay $177 more dollars. I'm 76 year old and have driven 556mile to my daughters 4 times a year for 18 years and looks like i will have to drive as long as I can. Thanks a lot!!!”
