“Worst decision of buying tickets from here . If their tickets are in US dollars they should show that it’s in US dollar . The confirmation mail of flight was even $… so amount , nothing like it’s in Canadian or US dollars . I booked my flight from Toronto to Vancouver it showed 274$ , when I got the credit card mail got to know they deduct 370$ .When I called the customer service they told me the price was in US dollars .”

“The worst experience ever, seems like they are intentionally betraying and cheating the customers by not mentioning clearly that they will charge in USD, on a canadian site, just mentioned at last which is sometimes overlooked by hundreds of people. Beware of this as the comment can give a heads up to the people who are searching from this site. They claim to be the cheapest and the same ticket was coming as $1900 cad on google. This cheap fare was $1700 no where mentioned in the beginning that it is USD. My son got a pop up from credit card for almost $2300 he called the bank and they advised to call the merchandise and said they will probably help as it’s not even and hour and not posted yet. Called the airlines and had no cooperation at all in 1 hour. FYI the ticket is for departure in November 2024 and return in April 2025. Wasn’t able to afford there refundable fees which was coming as $250 now realize that would be in USD. Please use reliable and legit sites where you are not wasting your hard earned money. 06/04/2024 Got a call from customer service after 4-5 days that they want to resolve and remove my review by giving me a voucher for $50 usd which I can use within 1 year, how fair does the solution seems after paying more than $600 cad. I will have to pay more again to this company around $2500 or so to avail $50. Now nothing again is been more than a week.”

“I made my flight reservations in January or February, and as someone who typically does not fly I thought I got a great deal. One week before my trip I receive a call that my return flight was cancelled, so I was rebooked for an earlier flight. It was fine, I needed to make it home. But the day before my trip I receive another call that the new flight was cancelled, and after some back and forth I thought it was settled, even though I never received the call back I was promised. The day of my trip as I am at the counter checking my luggage I am told that I have to pay $55 to check my luggage, even though I had paid in advance through this site. But I go ahead and pay, again, so I can proceed with my trip. I arrive with no issues, but still not 100% certain about my return flights. The day before I am scheduled fly home I received a text message thanking me for canceling my flight. Which I did not do. But at the same time I received an email confirming my flights. I had to wait several hours until I got to a place I had consistent cell service to call and figure out what was going on. Once I do I find out that my flight is again canceled, but I am not rebooked. Instead I am told that they processed a refund for me three days before. This refund was in fact only the baggage charges, and I still have not received it. So in order to get on a flight home I have to pay $202 more. Fine, I do have to get home. After 20 plus minutes on the phone I thought it was settled. Yet 20 minutes later I get a call that that flight is also canceled, and here is the new one. I'm also charged over $300, including luggage fees, and mind you I still haven't received the refund from the previous flight or luggage fees. So at this point I've paid twice the amount I initially planned on paying, and no refund has been sent through.”

“First time I have worked with your service I will never use again. After I asked a few questions the service rep replied rudely. AND, Later I received a voice mail from “Mark” that felt to me as threatening. Stating “ if you make a complaint “it will hit you back” and double cancellation fees. Not professional at all”

“Without question, the worst experience I’ve ever had when booking a flight, checking in to it & getting my boarding pass. Will never use this again, simple as that. Just buy it through the airlines website, even if it’s 3x the cost. Shi*ty as can be.”

“Don't use this company!! 2 hours after I booked 2 tickets, They called me and said that the computer system for FRONTIER went down. And when it came back up, they no longer honered the discount flights. I was blackmailed into paying $80 + tax more if I wanted to have a seat on the flight (BLACKMAILED)”

“Scam alert. Attempted to book flights and almost immediately received multiple calls and emails telling me the flight could not be booked and offering more expensive alternatives. Then booked alternatives without my permission and when working to cancel experienced roadblock after roadblock. Avoid.”

“Sold me a round trip ticket basic economy from Aberdeen to Minneapolis for 279. Booked the flight. Paid for it. The ticket was non refundable. Got no confirmation email. When i called they said that there were "no seats left". They forced me to pay an additional 110 to move to main cabin or lose the 279. Worst of all, when we took off there were a bunch of open seats back there! 😒 They sure saw me coming! SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM! I will NEVER book a flight with "cheap" flights again! TRAVELERS BEWARE! Search elsewhere! They only got 1 star because it wont go lower! AFTER POSTING THIS POOR REVIEW, THEY CALLED AND ASKED ME WHAT THEY COULD DO TO MAKE ME CHANGE IT. THEY OFFERED ME A 50 DOLLAR REFUND ON THE 110 THAT I OVERPAID AND SOME TRAVEL VOUCHER GOOD FOR A YEAR. I SAID I ONLY FLY ONCE EVERY 10 TO 15 YEARS. THEY OFFERED TO MAKE THE VOUCHER GOOD FOR 2 YEARS... 🤣🤣🤣 I Finally told them they can refund the full amount or ill turn them in for false advertising. "I will submit the request for a full refund. It should take 7 to 10 days to reach your account." THE END!”
