This airline are driving me crazy.Not helpful after all I kept calling calling about my name correction and they told me the airline gonna call u but I don't recieved any calls or emails and I am trying to call almost everyday just to follow up for the correction of my name and now I called again but they said the airline denied my waiver. And told me non refundable I am like WTF,I lost my $1,300 plus.Oh!common karma will come your way Idiot.

***DO NOT USE CHEAPO AIR FOR YOUR RESERVATIONS***If I could leave no stars, I would. I booked a flight & rental car plus travel insurance. The conference canceled due to govt. shutdown. I canceled both. While I fully understand not getting a refund/credit for the travel insurance, they did not refund: ESA fee $19.95, Baggage Service fee $13.00, Baggage Protection $5.00, Checked Bags $70.00, or the rental car fee paid at time of registration $47.66 for a total of $155.61 They were going to charge a $75.00 flight cancellation fee which they waived. They DID charge a $15.00 car rental cancellation. They bagged $170.61 for things that I WILL NOT BE UTILIZING.

Beyond Bad. Should be zero starts. They charged my card and when I got to the chekin counter the airline said my ticket had been reserved but not paid for. I had to book and pay for another flight the next day. DO NOT USE!

Wow, what a mess to work with. I had a 127 dollar credit, booked a one way for 103, and they still charged me 11 dollars, then when it went through, they said I still had a 34 dollar credit. They are hard to understand, and cannot answer a question if it isn’t on a card to read. Don’t use

This is trash . Do not book any flights or hotel with them . I gave them enough chances to improve themselves but they do not intend to change. If there is any negative stars I would love to give them . I booked flights with them yesterday for 7 of us . Was chatting directly from their website also on phone at the same time . I asked I need 2 check in baggage . He said okay and send me the detail . I asked him there is only one he said he upgraded to 2 and not to worry after an 30 minutes he called me and said he wasn’t able to make 2 luggage but the price will remain the same . I told him paid extra for luggage . He said he cannot able to change anything I asked him to cancel and he said he will proceed . He called me again I missed his call when I call him back in a minute he was already gone . I talk to that person to cancel my flight he hung up on me . Called again and talk to this guy and would like to proceed with cancellation.. at the mean time I said I will review them he act like kid and told me I am threatening of review and he has to transfer call to his supervisor, I said okay was on hold for another hour no one ever answered . Called again and cancelled the flight after 2.5 hour on the phone they are total trash . They lie at first and later story changes .. all the time .. we should avoid them

cheapo air is the worst mistake . i book a flight through them and the return was a major problem. for me to cancel i need to pay them $50 for a $100 refund .the took the $765 . poor customer service they hold the title for that one . its a game and clearly you will not win. they will nickel and dime you and get upset and leave them alone. i promise you its not worth the head ache you will get.

They have changed my itinerary constantly and demand confirmation every time, but it is impossible to reach their customer service because they overly rely on ai, and their human agents are outsourced internationally and unavailable. Because I live abroad, I've probably spent as much on calling their customer service as I did on my ticket.

They charged my credit card an additional $200 per passenger while I was on a cruise. I immediately notified my credit card provider that it was a bogus charge so they refunded it. After 6 months the reversal is permanent. Now at month 7 they’re still trying to get the $400. I finally blocked their number. Thieves.

I was shopping hotels on their website, tried to checkout, the website posted an error message that I was "unable to checkout". Then I check my email and its a confirmation for my "stay". They blame a glitch but they seem to be ripping people off.

If you value your money at all, do not use this company. As a professional in the travel industry note, they know very well which destinations require onward or round-trip flights. As a novice traveler, I would not know that. They allowed me to book a one-way flight to Vanuatu, and when I went to board the airline, they would not let me on because I did not have a return or onward flight when I tried to cancel my flight, they refuse to give me a refund or anything. They basically stole my money.

Bought tickets, when I tried to cancel my reservation was asker to pay $150 cancellation fee and would give me a credit for future booking. When I called back for new reservation, found out I had to pay $2000 more plus my credit which was $4289. The same ticket at the same airline and same flight would be much much less. That was unbelievable. I will never do business with this company and will never recommend it to any one .

If you value your hard earned money like I do, do not use this company as professionals in the travel industry they know very full well what countries and destinations require a round-trip flight. They allowed me to book a one-way flight and when the airlines wouldn’t let me board they blamed the airlines. I did not book with the airlines I booked with cheapo air. I urge you to use a different booking agent. There are hundreds of better ones with real good customer service these people refuse to refund my money or offer any kind of flight voucher or make it right in anyway.

Booking Credit#87183679 I had a terrible experience with CheapoAir. When I requested a credit for my flight, the agent never clearly explained that I had to book within a specific time frame — they just said “use it during this period,” which was super vague. Later, I found out there were hidden fees and restrictions that they never mentioned. And when I tried to fix it, they refused to refund me anything. It honestly felt like a trap. The whole process was confusing and the customer service was no help at all. I’ll never book through them again.

Everything. They messed up every part of our trip, and it took several calls to straighten it out. They charged us change fees for their mistakes. The one person I talked to with the hotel part was rather rude. I'll NEVER use cheapoair again!!

I booked airline tickets through CheapOAir for my daughter's basic training graduation and paid extra for "flexible tickets". Apparently this was only true for 24 hours as I found out when I called more than a month and half before that because the dates for the graduation changed to change flight dates. In addition I got a hotel via this company knowing that every hotel I have ever stayed at allowed bookings to be canceled or at the very least dates to be changed if it was in advance of the reservations. CheapOair refuses to do anything and is threatening to send me to collections for $180 because I disputed the hotel charge even though I bit the bullet for the airline tickets and kept them. All I wanted was for the company to make some sort.of effort to remedy the situation.

I am disappointed with this company. The agents have heavy accent. My experience with them is very bad, they made a reservation for the following day that I asked the agent. When I got the ticket with the wrong date within 30 minutes he refused to refund me the entire 900+ dollars instead and after talking to a few agents including a supervisor the sent me a refund of 250. Additionally, what appears low cost is deceiving to me because too many extras that supposed to be basics for many flights make the final cost high. I do not recommend them for any service.

Terrible customer service. I called them several times to ask for refund the cancelled flight from airline. Every time I was on hold more than 2 hours and dropped when get tiered. Their service awful at all and still couldn’t get back a refund.

Terrible customer service, needed to fix a misspelling of my name and the airline told me that my travel agent would need to do it. Called in and was told it would cost me $100 for them to do it, went to the airlines and they took care of it for free. I will never use them again
