“Cheap o Air sold me a business class tkt to Brazil and didn’t deliver the service I bought. After months waiting, frustration and lack of respect, the company offered me $150. I paid almost $2,900 in total for 4 legs of a flight. Two flights were on coach. Two flights on Business. As I flew only one in business, the least they should offer me was about $750. Besides, my stress and anxiety, as I bought a more comfortable flight because of health problems. They should be ashamed of themselves! I was a customer for many years, but now I would say: keep away from them! They do care about anything but themselves! I added a picture of my seat on my way back from Brazil. Nothing like business!”

“They advertised the cheapest flight, wrong. The airlines website was cheaper. So I called within 20 minutes of making the reservation, they want $100 cancellation fee. Never again”

“Not recommended at all Not recommended at all. Customer service is disaster and want to rob the customer.I received a mail notification that my flight is changed and can do the changes or cancel the booking. I tried to change the flight through the app but only an agent can assist. If I want to change the ticket there is a charge and for cancellation also charges. But there is no option to change the ticket by yourself. So any amount the agent will ask you need to only agree. That’s the only option they have left.”

“I canceled the returned portion of my two way ticket that cost $1539, so they charged me additional $250 to credit my card $302 in ext 30-60 days!? This is just ligaly steeling your money! I would never ever again buy a ticket from Cheapoair!”

“They added charges to my ticket without telling me. My bank text me to let me know. I booked a flight and 15mins later I realized that I had the wrong return date. They wanted to charge me $153.00 to change my reservation. Frontier has a no charge change fee up to 7 days before departure. I will never use them again.”

““Misleading Price Match Promise and Terrible Customer Service” CheapOair’s so-called “Price Match Promise” is a complete scam. I found the exact same flight on Turkish Airlines’ official website for a lower price, but they refused to honor the price match due to their absurdly restrictive policies. They limit price matches to only a few competitor websites, making their promise meaningless. This experience was frustrating and misleading. I will never use CheapOair again, will not recommend it to anyone, and advise others to avoid their deceptive practices. Terrible customer service and a complete lack of accountability.”

“Booked a flight, never got a confirmation because they say prices went up. Now struggling to get my refund. Tney said i should wait for 14 working days. Best book directly through the airline. And customer service is not helpful at all.”

“A company that doesn't deserve even a single star. A company that does not provide refunds within 24 hours. Companies like this should disappear. Not only are they late in providing refunds, but I haven't seen a single post with good words.”

“Unprofessional and dishonest customer service. Recently bought a lot of tickets from them to travel and two of my friends fell sick and couldn't travel. Called them and got the answer that we had to cancel the whole trip for all people. WTF? We then called the airline directly and got the credit vouchers for the sick passengers to travel at a later date. Long story short, do not use them. Book directly from the airlines of your choice. (BTW they employed mostly if not all from India!)”

“They changed the flights without notifications. They taken the decision of change the flight without my autorization. I bought a flight to colombia in December 27, when I when to the airport they was changed for November 27. They are stupid, they told me, they were sending the email for changed. I never see the email, and they think I accepted. They are very stupid changed my vacation front December to November. You have to be careful, they sharing you.”

“Please don't get fooled by reward points, there is almost nothing you can do with them. You add a $100 extra service on top of the ticket and the agency fees reward would take $5 off. Anyways you can get much better price on airline or Google flight than this cheap site. Never book a flight with them”

“Nightmare! Never again will I book a flight with them. Tried to tell me I had to pay additional for seat after I booked and paid for flight. I called United directly and they were great and assigned my seat no additional charge. Trying to deal with their virtual assistance is a joke.”

“The worst experience i ever had buying an airline ticket, cheap air charged me $500. to refund me the price of my ticket, cheap air kept the $500.00 and yhe price of the original ticket, al i got is the run around from this company, never again. Was a very bad choice. N/B I had insurance on the ticket”

“The costumer service was unprofessional and never answer your questions. They asking phone number and address and make sure your billing number and charged for talking to them. With all Indian accent I knew they were scamming people and hang the phone one they caught up.”

“I’m a first time user, yesterday I tried to book a flight to Scotland for $887 which said it included all taxes and fees. I was so excited, this seemed to be a good rate. However, after getting deep into it, I had to add $300 round-trip for bags for two travelers, and $200 round-trip for seat selection for two people. The fact that the ticket amount went up $500 after stating “includes ALL taxes and fees” and because it was a total waste of my time, I am going to stay away from this company.”

“*** DO NOT USE THESE 3rd PARTY TRAVEL SITES*** Based on what ive been reading, theyre good at mimicking the airline webpages so it looks like youre working with the airline direct....thats how they scam you...plus buying travel insurance thru them is a scam as they dont follow thru with what they provide via wording loopholes. Once you pay for and have an email you have 100% coverage, they do not give you your money back as they have tons of fees attached to eat up what youve paid plus getting the runaround to try is ridiculous.”

“The agent booked me to go to Rochester New York instead of Rochester Minnesota. The agent told me I was getting on his nerves. The agent kept me on hold for several hours…POOR POOR customer service. I had to pay for another plane ticket….HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!”
