“I wanted to thank Maleen and all the people at Chewy.com. I called asking for help with an order that had already shipped and it had an item that I had to quit giving my dog. I didn't get the order changed before it shipped due to my brother's death. Maleen offered to credit me back and she said to donate the food if it does arrive. A few days later I received a beautiful bouqet of flowers for the loss of my brother. You don't see many companies these days with that kind of customer service. I will continue buying all my products from Chewy and recommend it to my friends.”

“Thank you Kaitlin and others at Chewy. My dog Raphie recently passed and I called Chewy to cancel her food order. Kaitlin was so kind to me at a most difficult time. They sent me a beautiful bouquet of flowers which lifted my heart in a time of grieving. God bless you all at Chewy. I truly appreciate your caring!!!❤”

“I have been purchasing food for my best friend Bentley for many years from Chewy. He loves the food and keeps him underweight and healthy. Chewy has the best service and the best food Chewy’s food has kept and keep my dog healthy as a Rock.”

“This company is amazing. I recently lost my little baby dog and Chewy sent a beautiful expensive bouquet of flowers to my home, with the sweetest card sending their condolences. I have never experienced this level of customer service to this extent in my life. Thank you Chewy Amy Gresham”

“The items are always recieved quickly and in excellent condition. On a recent order I had to call customer service problem was fixed immediately and the lady (maria) was the kindest person I've dealt with in a long time. Chewy is hands down the best. Will from here on out use them for all supplies for my pet”

“This company goes the extra mile. My orders are to me in a few days and they are always there to help. Recently I lost one of my fur babies and I was sent flowers. A heart felt gesture and I am floored by their customer service. Thank you so much! I have one fur baby at the moment and I know they will take care of this fur babies needs no worries. “What a truly AWESOME company! I've been with Chewy a few years now and recently our 15 year old dog Marley had to be put down after a stroke. Well in all the anguish of our lose I forgot to cancel the order for all his vitamins, probiotics, and allergy chews. I called and explained of the lose of our dog Marley asked if I could return them. I talked to Amy, she was very compassionate and sorrowful for our loss and gave us a full refund, then asked me to donate the order to a local rescue center. Now as if that wasn't way above and beyond what most companies would have done, today we received flowers and a very nice note consoling us on our loss from Amy at Chewy.com. Amy you are AWESOME, thank you, we love you. Chewy customers for life Jack & Heidi”

“I have always been very pleased with every aspect of Chewy.com. Yesterday I sent them an email to ask that my furbaby Rahj be removed from my account as he passed away in January and I still miss him so much and I have been getting emails from them about getting treats and such as his birthday is approaching. Today I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers with a really nice condolence note. I was very surprised and touched by their kindness. Rahj was mama’s boy and it has been very hard to get over the loss. But I am so glad to deal with a company with so much heart.”

“We have been happy customers of chewy since 2016. We have used the auto ship and other services and found them to be generally less costly than the local pet supermarts and much more convenient. But this week they have shined! We lost our dog this week and I called to see if they would let me return the unused cans of food we have and to cancel our auto ship. They refunded the cost of the food and asked us to donate it to a local rescue which I thought was incredible. Then today, we got a lovely bouquet of flowers and a handwritten condolence note! What a company! Support them in any way you can!”

“Our dog passed away the same day his autoship meds were supposed to be confirmed. The vet told Chewy (when called to verify prescription) about the passing...Chewy canceled the autoship, didn't charge us AND sent a lovely flower arrangement as a condolence (thank you especially to JaNeah!). We did business with them for quite a few years...always easy & now they are even more special to us!”

“Chewy is an amazing company. I ordered the wrong size booster seat and needed it for a long driving trip. Chewy’s immediately sent out the new one and I received it’s yesterday! I called them late Friday and even with the holiday, I received it the following Wednesday. They are fast with great customer service.”

“I ordered the wrong size dog crate and pad. To my surprise, this large corporation not only refunded my money then told me to donate everything. I had mentioned to Tiffany that I was in Oregon because I had recently lost my mother and now helping my dad. To my surprise within two days I received a bouquet of flowers saying how sorry they are for my loss. I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service!”

“Our dog was on a prescription food. I received last order on June 15, sadly we had to put him down 1 week later. I called Chewy to ask if they recommend charity that I could donate unopened food. They offered condolences and issued a credit. Today I received a planter of flowers expressing condolences!”

“I have been using Chewy for several years, with no complaints. It’s convenient, and the customer service is outstanding. Recently, after making a large order, my dog passed away. When the food I ordered arrived, I contacted Chewy to ask if I could return the purchase for a refund. They told me they would process my refund, but to donate the food to someone who needed it. Two days later i received condolence flowers from Chewy! This company is amazing. In a few months when I get another dog, They will continue to have my business!”

“Chewy has some of the BEST customer service! Very quick to respond to any questions and if there ever is a problem will correct immediately! I would say they make my top three for excellent customer service. ( The other two being Chick-Fil-A and Disney cast members) The shipping is fast, excellent quality, great prices and wonderful workers. Can’t ask for more.”
