“After the loss of my beloved Vinny, I had asked Chewy to cancel a pending order and asked about returning an unopened bag of dog food. They credited me for the food and asked me to donate it to an animal shelter. I was impressed by that. A week later, I received flowers from them with a beautiful note expressing their sympathy. How thoughtful! Once again I was impressed and grateful that a company would do that. Thank you Chewy❤️”

“Just had to put my 4 year old Bichon Frise Down and when I called Chewy to see if I could return my unopened food that I had purchased for her, I spoke with Ismael, who was very caring and understanding and was informed to simply donate whatever I had and that I would receive a full refund. To my surprise later that evening I received a delivery of flowers--thank you Ismael and Chewy--You were comforting in my time of sorrow. This is a great company to deal with. Linda, in loving memory of Cookie”

“Chewy's customer service is second to none. We unfortunately lost my cat this week, and I had a lot of prescription food to return. The return process was so simple, the rep refunded my purchase and then told me to donate it all. To top it off they sent us sympathy flowers. For such a large company they really add nice personal touches.”

“I can’t say enough about how great Chewy’s is. I rarely write reviews, but will make an exception for Chewy’s customer service. We recently had to put our dear, sweet kitty to sleep. I can’t tell you how compassionate, kind, and generous Chewy’s was. Please use Chewy’s because they are an honorable company to work with, and we want to encourage that.”

“When our sweet Maggie passed from heart failure, my husband called Chewy to cancel Autoship for her special food. Chewy not only refunded us for unused food, we received a beautiful floral arrangement the next day. I cannot express how over the top my experience with Chewy is. They definitely went over the top. 5 stars is not enough. Thank you Chewy!!”

“Chewy.com provides the best customer service for you, your family and your loving pets! Any questions or concerns you may have they’ll gladly answer and help you find a solution! As Sierra did for me this morning! Thank you Sierra! Truly amazing and grateful for your patience, kindness, and assistance with my recent order for myself and my soon to be 1 year old (February 8th)! Great Pyrenees/Redbone Coonhound “Gus!” I rescued him all the way from Arkansas last May. He arrived to Rochester, NY just 2 days before my second breast cancer surgery last June. He was only 4 months old. My son introduced us to purchasing items for him since we’ve had him in our lives. His dog is my grand dog “Moose!” Catahoula leopard, who was also rescued, five years ago! I love getting him gifts or gift cards from Chewy too! The deliveries are prompt. But overall I really love the customer service you provide for me and my family! These two dogs know when a Chewy Box has arrived and they’re fully aware it’s theirs!! Overwhelmed with excitement! : ) lots of love and laughter!”

“What a wonderful Company…. That sfaff is very attentive and always making at ours baby are doing well… recently my long-haired Chihuahua passed away on December 25 , 2021 . I went to cancel my auto shipment of my beautiful Pandora 😞. I wasn’t asking for a refund i, I just wanted to cancel the order, Chewy canceled the autoship, didn't charge us and also sent a lovely flower arrangement as a condolence 😞 thank you so much Chewy….. Chewy is the Best of the Best they really love our Furry friends 🐾 Thank you again Best regards Happy 2022 Carlos Santana”

“This is literally the BEST COMPANY EVER! I always have top notch customer service, can quickly get a rep on the phone, they are always helpful & pleasant, & on top of all that Chewy has the best products, prices, & fast delivery! Recently, they blew me away & sent me flowers & a card for my dog Ryli that just had to be put down. She was a beautiful Havanese & amazingly was just under 22 years of age-(in March in 3 more months it would have been 22 years. I was eating an early dinner & then out of nowhere there was a knock on the door from a flower delivery service-(this was less than 24 hours after I spoke to their customer service rep.-David that these flowers & card showed up. It truly warmed my heart, & I greatly appreciate it! Then to top it all off, today I get another delivery from Chewy-(which is a memorial picture frame for my beloved dog Ryli)! I can’t say enough about how great this company is & how much I appreciate their kindness & excellent service!”

“We started using Chewy for the prescription dog food one of our dogs needed in 2017. We then added the monthly prescriptions that both of our dogs needed. Customer Service was always friendly and patient with me as I learned to navigate the auto shipments. Yesterday I asked that they remove us from their emails, due to the passing of our last pet, he was 16 1/2. They responded with condolences and compassion. They asked if I wanted to return his meds for a refund. But, I was brought to tears by the kindness of Danny from Chewy sending flowers for our loss. Thank you, Chewy, Danny from Chewy, Ismael G. from Chewy, and Andrea B. From Chewy”

“Our beloved 13 year old white Schnauzer, Gypsy, died on Wed morning. After taking care of her arrangements, we realized that we had ordered her dietary food two days before. We called customer service and they were so compassionate and warm, what a pleasant surprise! They tried to pull back the order, and credited us for the food, and said if the order was delivered to donate it to a shelter. Will do! And we received flowers with a heartfelt note that has blown us away. We will continue to order from Chewy for our 10 year old brown Schnauzer, Max. This is awesome service!”

“I did a review on some fountain pumps that I bought. The pumps didn’t fit. The next day chewy sent me a refund!! I didn’t ask for a refund, a chewy customer service rep read it and responded! Thank you chewy!!!”

“We have been ordering from Chewy for the last 2.5 years and have had no issues and customer service is wonderful. We just had to put our beloved dog down and forgot to stop a shipment of food/treats. We contacted Chewy about the situation. They refunded us and told us to donate the food/treats, which we did and then they also sent us flowers with a heartfelt message. My husband and I will will continue to order from Chewy when we get our next dog and will tell our friends to order from Chewy also.”
