Our dog passed away the same day his autoship meds were supposed to be confirmed. The vet told Chewy (when called to verify prescription) about the passing...Chewy canceled the autoship, didn't charge us AND sent a lovely flower arrangement as a condolence (thank you especially to JaNeah!). We did business with them for quite a few years...always easy & now they are even more special to us!

Chewy is an amazing company. I ordered the wrong size booster seat and needed it for a long driving trip. Chewy’s immediately sent out the new one and I received it’s yesterday! I called them late Friday and even with the holiday, I received it the following Wednesday. They are fast with great customer service.

I ordered the wrong size dog crate and pad. To my surprise, this large corporation not only refunded my money then told me to donate everything. I had mentioned to Tiffany that I was in Oregon because I had recently lost my mother and now helping my dad. To my surprise within two days I received a bouquet of flowers saying how sorry they are for my loss. I can’t say enough about the outstanding customer service!

Our dog was on a prescription food. I received last order on June 15, sadly we had to put him down 1 week later. I called Chewy to ask if they recommend charity that I could donate unopened food. They offered condolences and issued a credit. Today I received a planter of flowers expressing condolences!

I have been using Chewy for several years, with no complaints. It’s convenient, and the customer service is outstanding. Recently, after making a large order, my dog passed away. When the food I ordered arrived, I contacted Chewy to ask if I could return the purchase for a refund. They told me they would process my refund, but to donate the food to someone who needed it. Two days later i received condolence flowers from Chewy! This company is amazing. In a few months when I get another dog, They will continue to have my business!

Chewy has some of the BEST customer service! Very quick to respond to any questions and if there ever is a problem will correct immediately! I would say they make my top three for excellent customer service. ( The other two being Chick-Fil-A and Disney cast members) The shipping is fast, excellent quality, great prices and wonderful workers. Can’t ask for more.

I have been buying a canned food from Chewy for awhile. I recently ordered my first Renal Support kibble and before I could even open the bag my beautiful Border Collie died suddenly (Vet really blew it on this one). I sent an email saying Jobe had passed and I needed to cancel the auto-ship. First I received a lovely email back, and then this morning I received a beautiful flower arrangement. I will be a customer for life. They go above and beyond.

Chewy goes the extra mile on all of my pets needs! From Amazing customer service to quick delivery to my door, and even on things that aren’t returnable they still give you your money back and just ask you to donate to your local shelter.... They truly care and that’s why I will never go elsewhere but Chewy! Thank you

I usually am not a fan of ordering online, but due to the lack of services at the local PetSmart and Petco in our area, I decided to order online. The service selection, customer service exceeded all exceptions! I will be loyal to Chewy from now on! Thank you!

My orders always come quickly and are filled appropriately. Recently we lost one of our dogs after her prescription dog good was received. We did not even get to open the dog food. I call to find out how to return the food. They refunded me my money and asked me to donate the food to a shelter in my dog's name. They did not have to do that! I have never had a bad experience with Chewy!

Chewy is an excellent company i highly recommend to anyone looking for something for their fur babies customer service is so friendly they go above and beyond to help me find what i am looking for whenever i place an order my orders are always shipped quickly if anytime my order is not correct all i have to do is call and they will correct it their prices are unbeatable

BEYOND INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE: I ordered topical flea medicine for my little guys from Chewy recently and even though I don't see any fleas or flea dirt, they're still itching so I emailed them today asking what they recommend I do. They replied right away offering to refund/replace with something else and at the end of the email they wrote "Please give Lucy and Poppy our Love" (not knowing we have Dobby now and Lucy passed away). I replied thanking them for the wonderful customer service and letting them know we said a sad goodbye to Lucy in December and introduced Dobby for their records. They replied with the MOST HEARTWARMING email. It made me happy cry it was so sweet! If there's any company that deserves a shout out, it's Chewy. My heart is fully touched! I only had one interaction with Chewy.com which was late last year, 2020. It was pleasant. Since then, my dog unfortunately passed away. Once Chewy found that out, they went above and beyond and sent me a beautiful hand-written note along with some flowers directly to my house! It was such a welcomed surprise! It was heart-felt and totally unexpected but came at the right time...lifted my spirits. THANK YOU Chewy, you have a customer for life (if I ever do decide to get another pet) 💕

First off I had an order of $98. And I received none of those items due to FedEx playing games. It kept saying that my items have arrived but there was nothing at my door, even checked a few days late...NOTHING. I just want to say that Chewy was so professional and they refunded my entire purchase even thought it was not their fault. They understood how upset and irritated I was. And asking for a complete refund was not an issue. I will definitely be placing another ordering from them. Thank you Chewy!!!

I contacted Chewy to cancel a auto ship. We had a house fire and lost all of our pets. They cancelled my auto shipment, credited my account for my last order and two weeks later I received flowers. Thank you for your great customer service and caring.

I have always enjoyed shopping at Chewy. Their prices are great and the items are almost always there by the next day. But just recently they really went above and beyond. I had just put down my dog that day and wanted to see if I could stop an autoship. I was trying to hold it together but just couldn’t as my poor Corey who was so happy and active a few days before suddenly had liver failure. The person I talked to, I believe his name was Lance, was so nice. He said they wouldn’t charge me for the autoship and he would try to stop the shipment but if he couldn’t I could just donate it to a shelter. A few days later, I received flowers and a sympathy card from LanceChewy.com. This is a terrific company whose employees really care about their customers. Much thanks to Lance for his thoughtfulness.
