“I paid for a robotic voucher card, I was unable to access the key, I have raised the issue my ticket and email and keep re diving email saying thanks you have successfully collected card, this was supposed to be a birthday present and this has been going on to two days so I will no have to purchase elsewhere. Really disappointed with the service. No live chat email auto response phone number not recognized etc”

“Purchased a key for Project Zomboid and was advertised with "Instant Delivery Guaranteed". Autokey didn't work and came up with an error after trying multiple times. This feels like I got scammed straight up. Look elsewhere for keys because this is ridiculous.”

“Bought two keys for Xbox live 12 months. Only one was indeed for 12 months, the other was only for 3 months. Been going back and forth with their customer support, making all kinds of screenshots to get a refund. I am afraid I won't see a refund, so I will never buy from them again. Be aware!”

“CJS CD keys did not provide the service or the product key, their after sales service is appalling and you get nowhere with them, they are reluctant to offer a refund and don't seem to give a monkeys if the customer is happy or not, a total waste of time steer clear!”

“Non comprate da loro, ho comprato una key di red dead redemption, ancora dopo un giorno non mi hanno risposto e nemmeno la key ho ricevuto. Non volevo il rimborso ma il gioco, però a quanto pare o sono poco seri o hanno troppe richieste di problemi. Chiederò il rimborso e comprerò su un sito più affidabile dove la differenza è di pochi euro.”
