“I paid with crypto and took almost 28h to receive the Key of the product not the service Is expecting from the site. But the key worked fine in my PC.”

“The site asked me to fill some nonsense Anti-fraud email, based only on the country i live in. After contacting Support and asking to cancel my order, stating that I don't want to waste my time with this Anti-fraud BS, the order was approved instantly. So, I did get what i paid for, but this is the first time i encountered this problems, and most likely I'll stay away from this site onward.”

“I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 account which is advertised as "Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES - PC and Mac". I dont have access to any of the office products within 12 months of purchase. The response from the customer care after a week since lodging a complain was very disappointing: "I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months." Beware that the license is not for a lifetime. It is only valid for 6 months! It would have been nice if it is mentioned that the product key will only be valid for 6 months :(”
