“I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 account which is advertised as "Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES - PC and Mac". I dont have access to any of the office products within 12 months of purchase. The response from the customer care after a week since lodging a complain was very disappointing: "I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months." Beware that the license is not for a lifetime. It is only valid for 6 months! It would have been nice if it is mentioned that the product key will only be valid for 6 months :(”

“So I bought 2 orders, and apparently it was supposed to be instant, both games orders were flagged and said it needed to be verified and could take upto 4 days, then after 12 hours it said it would take 2 hours max for a staff to allow it or something, and then 8 hours later worked, honestly just seemed sketchy and felt like I was being scammed”

“Shocking customer care. The Key which was suppled with did not work so I got in contact with CJS Support who did not get back to me. Only when I put a clime through PayPal someone got in touch, I did reach out through FB messenger and someone did get back to me but I'm still waiting for a reply..... The Instructions on the WEB site are wrong for what I had to do and in the end I fixed the issue myself. Still waiting for Support to get back in contact (only had an automated). Even though the key worked (had to hack around a little) I'm giving 2 stars as they seem like a con outfit, they need to work on there customer care/support. Until I see positive reviews regarding the support I won't be buying anything else”
