“Got working key, but they wanted cellphone number after payment. Without cellphone or scanned personal id they wont provide key even if it is paid. After i gave them cellphone they showed key, but as an image so cannot copy paste. There was Also too much spam after payment . Key works.”

“My MS365 account stopped working and has taken nearly THREE weeks to try and sort. Customer service is very slow and unresponsive for days. I’ve been provided a new account but all my files and notebooks are irrecoverable if I just switch to the new account. Also the new account is not one where I have admin rights so if this happens again I could lose new files and notebooks again! I’ve asked for either the original account to be sorted or a new account with admin rights but not heard anything back yet…”

“i have now had a few problems buying from cjs keys this is my third time chasing where the hell is my key 2 other times in the past shopping here had to be refunded? im waiting on my new release game and still not received key i shall probably go elsewhere in future never any problems other place i go ! only brought here as was in stock at the time or is it???”

“Ordered a key for office 2016, this didn’t work asked for support which I received how ever the key was invalid & support would not accept this, even after giving screen shots, so I bought a 365 pass & this after sometime has actually worked hopefully for the for the foreseeable future”

“Key not available on pre-orders until relase day, so no way to access the beta version, or send the code on as a present. Order process felt dodgy and there's a very weak warrantee policy. The company are based outside the EU, so limited consumer rights. Won't be ordering here again.”

“Ordered a key for RDR2 on PC. It didn't work so I submitted a ticket saying I would like another code. I also said that if I didn't get a prompt reply I would buy the code from another place, which I did 2 hours later. I left another message stating I would like a refund. A day and a half later a support rep responded saying it looked like my issue was resolved without discussing my refund. I said it wasn't but haven't heard anything since. I was reluctant to leave this review, since I have had positive experiences with them in the past, but this is a poor experience.”

“I normally like CJS Keys, but the new system https://getyourgame.net/ they have startet to use REALLY SUCKS. It is cumbersome and slow. Just give me a key, that is all I expected to get, and really wanted. Don't get me wrong, it works, I just don't like it.”

“Getting bombarded with emails to leave a review. Got more emails asking for 5 star review than I get when buying a key. Site is ok but the UI makes it hard to navigate.”

“Signed for office 365, paid money, then it kept telling me to pay to update drivers. I even paid more $ out and it just kept sending me round in circles. I tried to retrieve keys but, again, just went round in circles and didn’t manage to install what I had already paid for.”

“Had to wait 2 weeks for my CD-Key which turned out not to be a CD-Key after all, but a steam gift. Which is a system I don't really enjoy, but at the end of the day I guess I did get my game, although with a huge delay.”

“pensavo di aver acquistato una chiave per passare da win 10 Home a Pro, ma ho letto solo dopo l'acquisto che quella acquistata non funzionava per la mia necessità, quindi non la posso usare. Ho provato a scrivere al venditore per vedere se era posssibile fare qualcosa, ma nessuno ha risposto.”

“They seem very supportive and seems like they "care" but i dont think they do at all. Bought a key it said region free but when i tried to redeem it, it was only eu. Its been more than 10 days now waiting for a reply from their support. They told me not to leave a bad review but its been too long and my patience has run out. Seems like they dont care about their customers”

“I purchased a Office 365 suite but the instructions I received did not work so I sent a request for help and after 2 days no help was forthcoming Poor service no point buying something if it does not work I'll have to try to get round the problem myself, thanks for nothing except taking my money”

“Got a key for MGS V that said it included both Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain and Ground Zeroes but it didn't include any, just a few dlc for the MGS V game that could only be activated if I own the game. Customer support didn't help me at all”

“They do deliver, but I had loads of complications and hurdles to go through. Took over a week. I got one of my keys fine but for the second one the website bugged and I couldnt retrieve the key. After contactimg the support (who were helpful) they refunded me the money for that key as credit to my account (although not enough, so I had to pay a little on top to get my second key) I'd say a good website if you can't find the key anywhere else, with good support. But if you want a key fast or the easy way there is better ways.”
