“Bought Ark EU version as I'm in UK as have always had to... Couldn't redeem as not available in my region. Then purchased "Region Free" version of same game.... Same result. Support said the Region Free version nor the EU version are available in UK 🤔🤬. This was just trying to get the keys, the first step. Too many hoops to jump through for refund so wrote it off to bad experience.”

“Kinda sketchy way to buy it, took longer than I was hoping for as I was at the customers place making the order. It’s cheap, but there’s hoops. I also had to call Microsoft.”

“The service isn’t great! I must have sent numerous emails before someone actually reply’s with what I’m asking. You just seem to fob me off with a generic email that’s absolutely no help what so ever. I purchase a lifetime word doc and twice now you have cancelled it or something and it’s stopped working and Iv spent ages back and forth and wasted days trying to get it sorted. I’m trying to study so it’s extremely unhelpful.”

“Usually a decent site for licences but the last one purchased did not work and after contacting them on 3 occasions, have yet to receive any sort of response. Will be requesting a refund and purchasing elsewhere.”

“Pricing is okay for most products. Stay away from office 365 subscriptions. They simply don't work. It's just a matter of time before the account they give you gets deactivated. It has happened to me 3 times already. First time I was redunded, 2nd time I was given store credit and the third one I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. Anyway I am not buying again.”

“I bought a 3month Xbox game pass ultimate from cjs cd keys. To save about £4, I wouldn't recommend going through all the hassle that this website makes you undertake to get the activation code. You have to enter a phone number to confirm your identity, which I did, and then the website told me that I had to use a different phone number for some unknown reason. Won't be using this site again.”

“I asked a simple question about my key, and days later I've still heard nothing. The website was misleading. In my case it explains that there will be an open Dev Build to try and shows how to register the key to get access to it, and yet I can't even get the key! And when I ask about it? Silence. NOT very promising. There's always PayPal though.”

“Terrible website. I was trying to buy a Microsoft Office key/licence. Could not add it to basket until I registered (fair enough, but that wasn't clear). Registered, couldn't log in, the buttons for helping you if you couldn't log in didn't work. Managed to log in another day, added item to basket, the only way to pay was via paypal (which is fine) but the website would not connect to paypal at all. Finally managed to bypass the paypal thing, paid by card, and then it would not let me access my item as it said I hadn't paid. Click the option "I have already paid" and it asked for mu paypal reference, which I obviously didn't have. After much stress and several days I did get access to my item, but I won't be using this website again.”
