“Prices are very competitive and the purchasing process is quick and efficient. However what is not efficient is the collection of the product code via Autokey. I eventually got this work - just annoying and would make me think twice about purchasing from CJS again. Customer Services did eventually come back to me but not particularly quick service.”

“The only reason not given one star is that 50% of the order was fulfilled without any issues. The other 50% has not been and no one has responded to me regarding this. Needed to bring Paypal in to resolve. Easy to use the website, quick to take payment however very slow to respond to issues.”

“Not really lifetime. If you are expecting to have Microsoft office 365 for life at a price of less than $10 US, then you will be disappointed as I was. That is what was advertised. The truth is that as with any grey market software, the manufacturer such as Microsoft will catch up and disable your license. My CJS key lasted about 6 months before it was shut down by Microsoft. For a pricing perspective, that is still a good savings. MS charges $10 a month. I got 6 months of use for $10 with CJS key. If you don't mind buying a new key and reinstalling the software every 6 months, then you will be satisfied. Just don't expect that it is life time. It is false advertising. Oh...don't even bother trying to file a claim with support. I did and all I got was an auto response back saying that they only support cases within 90 days of purchase. So they already have figured this out and implemented policies to get around customer complaints about "not life time".”

“I am very dissatisfied because at the last purchase my office key was not recognized from Microsoft and when I opened a ticket they just told me to ask help from Microsoft to solve the problem. The Key was not recognized from Microsoft automated phone authentication system.”

“They didn't initially receive my PayPal payment. I had to manually enter the Transaction ID of my PayPal order to access my purchase. Furthermore, then I had to enter my phone verification PIN twice, because the system claimed it was "incorrect" on the first try. This site threatens to relay the customers' phone numbers to the police, while their own system has ridiculous errors on almost every step of the way.”

“They said FM21 was in stock, I ordered and paid straight away, had to wait over a day for the key to come through. It did eventually work but I would of ordered elsewhere had they been truthful about the wait for the key. No such thing as customer service at this company, emailed for a refund but no response.”

“The payment didn't go through at first. Then it suddenly did. Then I was forced to validate my account with my phone which gave me some serious fraud-vibes and made me frustrated and annoyed. But I did it. Then the code I was sent as text message was wrong. Then it suddenly was not. Links loading really slowly and not working until third or forth time trying, error messages etc. The game seems valid now that I'm on the other side, but I'm never using cjs again, it made me nervous and in a bad mood.”

“I have bought several products from them. Three are windows versions and are OK. The last one was Kaspersky. After two reinstallations I didn’t manage to register it. Almost three months later still wait for solution from CJS CD support. Honestly this was my last purchase from them.”

“Bought a key for steam. After I bought it was told the key wasn't in stock and the website reads 12 hours max before restock. Close to two weeks later still nothing. Very disappointed in that. But when I requested a refund they made it happen, so customer service, though at times slow, maybe 1-2 replies a day (not sure what time zone they operate in) was good.”

“If the aim of the site is to make the customer experience as bad/difficult as possible then it's 5* from me.... The prices are low but I would have rather paid the higher price on origin for the smooth buying experience.”

“Bought Windows 7 Pro keys and didn't work. Contacted them and they wanted photos of the keys not working rather than them checking the keys themselves. They would not replace the keys. Poor! Could only communicate via email as there was no telephone number to call them.”

“I've had adequate experiences in the past, but the most recent purchase of a windows 10 key caused issues. The key didn't work, I got in contact with their support after taking photos of the code denied screen, then purchased another code elsewhere as I was sorting out the computer for someone and it was time sensitive. After a lot of back and forth I was essentially told that my pictures needed to include things not initially requested in their "raise a query" process, and I couldn't obtain them due to purchasing the key and getting genuine windows elsewhere, so had no error screens. Despite all this being over £10 or so, they refused to understand where I was coming from and wouldn't refund me, only repeating that I needed to do something literally impossible to get it back. So I raised the query with PayPal and they went in my favour, and I was refunded thanks to PayPal and PayPal alone. I tried to do it the "right" way, but that didn't work. And now over a whopping £10 they've lost a customer for life. I've given them 2* rather than 1* because when things work, they're fine. But if it doesn't then don't expect much from their "support" team.”

“Shady, shady, shady. Why do they insist on verifying my phone number with menaces I will get prosecuted if 'the order is fraudulent' (i.e. authentication does not work)? Why do tehy tell me they are calculating my location based on cell tower? Why do they include an option that says 'I give up, I wills end my ID instead? Why do they offer me 'guest checkout' but in the end this is just a signup where an account is auto-created? At least the keys do appear to work. Still, I would stay away from them”

“it has worked but instead of giving me a code, they made me a new account with a new email and new password that only has modern warfare, so every time i want to play a different game i have to sign out and log in to my main account. Very annoying and unneeded.”
