“Took 5 hours for my instant delivery key to be authorised, required proof of ID and then was questioned about refunding the payment? Had to send screenshot of payment.”

“Was not instant waited at least 14 hours for online key, PlayStation. Good at communicating through email though. However wasn’t exactly instant, probably won’t use sight again.”

“Get the key very fast, but I couldnt activate Win 10pro because you cant do this from Enterprise. I want a refund but instead got an email saying that they do not normally refund on collected keys, they will put the key back in our Autokey system for re-sale. Once our new customer activates the key successfully, then we can refund you to store credit. There was no information then I can't upgrade my win10 to pro.. Somehow key been activated so another happy (sort off) customer”

“I received one of the two products perfectly, while the other was listed as “region free” and did not redeem correctly in my country’s region due to a region issue. 5-6 days later, I am still waiting for a replacement. This to me is unacceptable, as I was informed “usually no more than 12 hours, but sometimes 1-2 days.” I cannot give an acceptable or better rating until I know that are truly working this out effectively. Right now, I cannot be confident they are resolving the issue until the order is delivered.”

“What I understood I was paying for was a licence key to activate my Microsoft product I had already running on my laptop. Instead I was to download an ISO and re-install the software.”

“Ordered 4 keys, kept 2 of them for later use. Later I couldn't use the last 2 because they have been overused meanwhile. I have not received replacement keys.”

“Really confusing way of buying this product. It could be made much clearer. I found my login details and password to download Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES. It was right at the bottom of the email and I missed it and even logged a complaint. Then I happened to see it. I have no idea why they don't put it at the top for ease. Apart from the confusion it was a good price and I have now downloaded my product but would be wary to use them again.”

“I bought 3 product keys on this site. 2 were fine, but the other one never came. I asked for it a few times. "Cecil M,", the automated response robot, would apologise for the delay then say that it had solved the problem. The problem was never solved. I showed this to "Mr. Cecil", then it would get back to me after a day and say that it had solved the problem again. Still not solved. It had offered me a refund. Don't know why it's so hard to reissue someone with a new product key, but I said I'd take the refund after the problem continuing. This also seemed to be a "problem solved", except it was still offering me a refund. So the automated response isn't even responsding correctly. Got the other 2 keys, as I said, very quickly. And they both work perfectly, so if anybody's ordering anything, I hope you get it straight away and don't have to deal with this "Cecil M" fella. He's malfunctioning”

“Ordered from them before, the key came very fast, second time round took way too long to process.. key was out of stock which was understandable and I got my key next day but the code was redeemed already. Told them about it and I had to send them all this proof and screenshots of my Xbox subscription and transactions which I get, but they wanted me to contact Microsoft and find out when the code was used with the date and time which I just think was ridiculous since it wasn’t even me that used the code, that should really be them doing that part. Response from them literally took a day each email, so I had to wait for more than 12 hours for a response. (Was long but not really too fussed) In the end I did get my refunded, I even though I have received a working code from them before, this whole experience of a used code and the process to to prove to them and send screenshots is way to long, I don’t think I will use them again.”
