“I went to this site by mistake. It is not cdkeys.com, but the name is so close it is clearly designed to deceive. Worked out in the end but took 12 hours to make my key available, which is pretty terrible for a digital service. Customer service is slow to respond, maybe because it was a Sunday.”

“Store said key is in stock, key wasnt in stock. I had to verify via phone, after that I was not able to collect my key. The "autokey" website was not working properly either for me. Every time it said a key is now in stock it gave me an error afterwards. Just do it like g2a, kinguin and co and send the key to my email adress. I probably won't buy here again. At least my money was refunded after several days.”

“Brought game xbox one code was 10 digits short hardly any response from support wasted 35 pound and unhappy kids as now no game to play.”

“Used them in the past it was OK. Needed to submit ID which seems OTT. BUT dont ask people to leave reviews in order to win a game, its scummy and just makes your reviews look fake. If you have negative reviews change the way you run your business. Dont beg for ratings. If it truly is a smear campaign submit the proof to the review websites and I'm sure they will remove the fake comments.”

“Called them for furnace maintenance, tech was great, seemed to do a good job. Price was fair. My disappointment came when trying to have them do additional work for me. Looking to get an air purification system installed and an upgrade to my whole house humidifier. Found out that their pricing on the air purifier was twice of what many others charge. They were also high on the humidifier. Called to try to negotiate, even questioned if they would install the purification unit if I purchased the hardware from Amazon (at a 3rd of their cost). Customer service agent, not very helpful, didn't really want to hear me out, said she would call me back, has not. It is really too bad! going to have to go with someone else to do the work. Be aware of the massive over charging for add-on items like this!”

“I have bought a few game codes from DJC Keys in the past. I once bought a Civilization 6 code that had already been used. I took me the good part of 6 months for the issue to be resolved. I had some guy named Cecil overseeing my 'complaint' and he was as much use as a chocolate kettle. I eventually opted to email them several times a day until I eventually must have annoyed them enough that the gave me game credits just to go away.”
