“The products such as cd keys and game accounts they sell do work but you will be waiting for 48 hours or even longer after contacting support for "the payment to clear" Best to steer clear from this site unless you have no other option.”

“Look I gotta be honest here, I love the price and the xbox live key that I bought worked fine, but the process of acquiring it after purchase was so convoluted that I genuinely nearly gave up, assuming I was scammed.”

“Key arrived via email very fast but the key supplied is not a brand new unused key. I have a key that belongs to a corporation with admin controls enabled not allowing me to use windows updates. No reply from the company to resolve this issue at time of writing which is 2 days since email sent.”

“The service was slow requiring almost 24 hours to get the key well past the listed 12 hours restock time. I also find it incredibly brazen that they ask for a cancellation fee to cancel your order so the only way to get your money back is if you convert your money to store credit the only redeeming factor of this service was the key was dirt cheap and worked first time”

“I purchased the software but didn't use the product key immediately. After raising this with CJS that the product key subsequently didn't work, they refused to give me a new product key so I lost my money.”

“Takes way too long to get a digital key. I've ordered from you guys 3 times and have had to verify my identity each time because you keep putting a hold on my order for 'security' reasons. I've had to wait close to 24 hours each time I order Make the approval process faster and you'll get 5 stars from me.”

“Several transactions with CJS CD Keys some good some bad. 60% software keys not available they send stock messages including customer services saying "unusual delay and restocked in 24 hours except it never becomes available. Customer Services deal with "all sizes fit all" replies and you are left frustrated. Overall a good supplier but needs to consider customer needs and not fob you off replies. Michael J Canning”
