“i bought a key . it didnt work . i went through their process of getting a new key instead of a refund and its been a day and i havent heard anything back”

“The item I purchased was missing important advertised features. I therefore asked for my money back. I lost count of the number of emails I had to deal with before, finally, I received a full refund. I was not at all happy with the experience.”

“PAY ATTENTION TO SMALL PRINT!! I bought MS Office 2019 product keys, waited a few minutes to get a message saying that they were shipped and I should click to collect them. I click through and get a message that they are on "BackOrder" -- I go back to the product listing and there is a tiny graphic that says "BackOrder". The "AutoKeys" promises that the key will be supplied in 2-12 hours. I wait for that, and it doesn't happen so I put in a support ticket (and gather doc for potential paypal dispute). 17 hours after the purchase, my key is available, and it does work, but it was more hassle than I expected”

“The windows 10 were excellent but office is a nightmare office 365 >>>>only had 2 out of 5 pc purchase then blocked office 16 has to be verified over phone (which was not pointed out until payment taken) for me this is useless as I am deaf. if this had been advertised I would never have wasted my money buying the key and digital download. Because of lockdown I cant ask anyone to phone for me.”

“Firstly I entered my wrong email address. I started a ticket as couldnt get email with key in it. When you use auto key it just keeps saying order pending fulfilment. This needs sorting. If the key has been generated/shipped I should be able to get it on auto key”

“Poor customer service, paid for Playstation card and wasnt able to view code without phone verification (something which I couldn't currently do), wanted refund but wouldnt give it but did activate my card - annoyingly I purchased elsewhere as needed it same day and they took days to respond.”
