“it was a experience to say the least, customer support isn't very supportive and payments are kinda overthinked, overly complicated honestly if support would give me the answer i needed and system worked as in i pay i receive, it would've been a 5 star review”

“Looks like this 365 account is attached to a school in India. Hopefully will last the distance as promised, but not convinced about the privacy of any data that you upload as it will be part of the School account.”

“The site is ok overall, it looks shady, budget, unprofessional and dated though, so that could use some improvement. The prices are very good and the positive part of this review. The identity verification process felt safe, but clunky, I did the identity verification twice for two purchases and each time the code they sent me by text didn't work on the first try, you had to close the window and redo it again with the same code, strange. The first game I ordered I had to refund because the store lied about how the autokey system ''refills'' out of stock game codes in a maximum of 2-12 hours waiting time, just a total lie, because I waited a whole week for my game code, then I realized it would probably never get restocked and it would just be faster to get this game on another store, so I refunded, when I refunded they emailed me and said they didn't receive my order due to a ''bug'' in their system which i don't believe is the truth, they just try to sell games that they don't have. But luckily for me paypal holds the payment until the store fulfills your order so they can't take your money before you get your goods. Then they charge you a 1£ fee for the refund which is greedy, since i didn't get any product to begin with. Got the refund, got the game on another store, problem solved. Then i decided to try this store again but with a game which was actually in stock, this time it went better, got the game code instantly in autokey after identity verification and payment, code worked great, no problems at all this time, so if you're buying here make sure they have the game in stock first before ordering because you can't trust their promise of ''refilled'' keys in under 12 hours.”

“LIfetime account..... Got this Office account to replace a previous one that was closed down after just 3 months, fortunately all the files in the one drive were backed up elsewhere, hope the account lasts longer this time. oh yes, you can't have your own email on this account either, I suppose you can't have much for what you pay.”

“Weird business model. So I tried it. Bought a key, it didn’t work. Opened a ticket, they said they would refund the purchase ($13, so who cares if they ever did). I did not repurchase, and I would not use these guys again.”

“Extremely bad customer service and fake keys. Very reluctant to give a refund. I purchased Tropico 6 on the website and ended up receiving a fake key. I then contacted customer support and they gave me another key which was region locked. I ended up speaking to customer support for 25 days which involved over 15 emails. They delayed giving me a refund the entire time until eventually they gave me a refund as store credit. They the said I would have to pay a merchant fee to get the money back on my debit card when the whole situation was they're fault.”

“Purchased Office 365 key for £7.99 - after 3 months it expired - clearly not LIFETIME as advertised. They offered a store credit, but in reality I wanted a refund, but I'd lose £1 for the 'merchant fee'. Bit of a con if you ask me. Be wary.”
