“Sadly yet again the latest lifetime 5 access key for office 365 has failed, Worked for 6 months then locked out, We had it on 3 macs under 3 different accounts all 3 failed. We did get a refund on 1 purchased another now that's failed. Something really strange going on. When looking at the account no valid licence, sign in and PW is wrong.”

“First purchase was flawless second took a few hours. I hope as this company learns and grows they will get better at having a smoother interface on the website and customer service being a lot faster to respond. Would reccomend using this site for small purchases.”

“It's a good service, I bought MS Office Home & Student 2019 and it's now installed. I would suggest the delivery process is significantly improved however. I had 2 problems: 1) To log in (you'll be sent the link) you'll need to input your email and password. What password? I had no idea. I had to generate a new password (i.e. "Forgot Password" link under the email box) and then I was in. It wasn't clear at all though. I also emailed about this and didn't get a response to my question. 2) The serial key, where is it? When you log in, under all the download links, at the bottom of that list, you'll be see the serial key in very small letters. That's it. It is a credible service though, they're a genuine OEM reseller & I think my Office cost around €26 vs. €115-130 new, so definately worth the effort. But I had nearly given up before I finally got in and found my keys (I tried sorting this out on 3 occasions). Overall I recommend though, 'cause if you've read this then you won't have any probs getting your keys now! RRT Ireland”

“I purchased a W10 Pro key. I followed the supplied instructions, but they didn't work. They would work if upgrading from an earlier version of Windows, but as I already had W10 Home they only resulted in reinstalling it. I raised a support ticket - no response (2 days and counting at time of writing). I managed to find the solution myself online - a different upgrade method is needed when using an OEM key (which this obviously was) to upgrade from Home to Pro. So, 5 stars for the great price for the key, 1 star for the incorrect instructions and lack of support.”

“The key was delivered promptly, but there were no instructions for phone installation provided. I had to obtain instructions from another site. Also, I had issues with a pasword and sent a request for help that was never answered.”

“I obtained the South America VPN code key and tried their theory that is explained in their guidelines. The theory did work. However, I had to do it on my phone for it to work. And I had to use a different VPN product as Tunnelbear did not work. I had to "purchase" a free trial VPN called NordVPN for it to work. Then immediately cancel the subscription so I wasn't charged. It was more of a pain than it described and took around 45 minutes. But, I have saved money and it did work in the end.”

“I have purchased games off you previously and you are by far the cheapest option... however this time my game was different region, I didn't see this in the description, I have informed you and waiting but has ruined the fact that I wanted to play this this weekend and you have not fixes the issue... with no contact number and in the UK you are hard to fix future problems However getting the code was simple and fast”
