“It worked but expect problems along the way. 1) When it came to verifying my phone it would not take my only phone number which they already had on file from a year ago "for security purposes". So it let me add literally any other number to verify so I entered my son's number. Really? For security purposes? 2) Then the code they sent me wouldn't work. After closing the browser and signing back in, it finally accepted the code. 3) Everywhere, they tell you that you need a Brazil vpn but when I received my code it clearly stated "need Turkey vpn". I was very lucky that the VPN I have also has a Turkey connection. I was not about to use their vpn or any other unknown vpn service. No way. Anyhow, it worked but I was very nervous. I purchased this a year ago because it's literally the best price out there for a 12 month xbox live membership. Last year AutoKey would not work at all so I asked for a refund and they evertually gave it to me but only after a whole week of back and forth through email which takes them a whole day to respond and only one response per day. Again, I was lucky and glad it worked out this time.”

“I'm having trouble with getting my key but I' waiting for my refund... well the confirmation I filled out the form and stuff too. But overall they take a while for all this and I might buy from them again but most likely not because the auto key thing didnt let me do my phone verification and then I had to wait 2 hours for pending and then I wasn't even able to get it gifted because of GETYOURKEY not supporting the U.S which meant I couldn't get the key.”

“While I eventually received my order, there was a number of issues over the confirmation of payment. Emails were not answered for 2 to 3 days or more. The issue was down to a glitch in the system which would not let me input my payment confirmation but even though I explain this to them, it took weeks to resolve. Product is first class as is the price. Would I use them again...probably.”

“The keys work, that's the important thing, unfortunately the process of buying a key isn't streamlined nor does it seem safe. When I tried to purchase a key I was faced with ads trying to get me to click them and the while process of buying keys on this site seems sketchy. The keys work like I said, but there is more that needs to be done in the way of streamlining everything and making it a quick and easy process to buy keys.”

“Good price for a lifetime license. Unfortunately it stopped working and then CJS CD Keys stated they don't cover over 12 months, for a lifetime product. When I queried this as to where it is explained in their T&Cs, nobody responded.”

“Price is great but a bit long winded getting the code ! Payed via PayPal but site didn't receive payment so had to enter transaction details then had to wait so cjs could verify code then they had to verify my phone number ect . This was my first digital game download so experience wasn't great , took around 20 minutes to sort out !”

“I initially had some issues with a key I have purchased from CJS CD KEYS and have sent several emails to customer service to request help. The response was fairly delayed and not very helpful, which was very frustrating, however I have complaint about the poor service and immediately I have received a refund and could also purchase a new key, which I did and have been very pleased afterwards. So, thank you for your service!”

“Despite having purchased an incorrect item and responding almost straight away, you cannot offer a refund.. This is unacceptable, with any other product, if there is a problem and the item is unused, a refund or replacement is the normal response. I am having serious thoughts about using your company again and would even consider paying the extortionally high prices directly through steam”

“To be honest, it was a confusing. I paid the fee, and the sent me a link. I clicked the link but still did not know where the key was. Maybe that was just me, but I couldn't find it. So I went to the customer service to ask for help and find out where the key was. It listed the key in the subject matter to notate the purchase involved. I noticed it wrote it down and tried it. It worked and worked well. But I still don't know the entire process on how the keys are supposed to be delivered. I sort of found mine by accident. No harm no foul. Next time, I will still use CJS CD Keys, but I will try to pay a little more attention to the process or maybe they could make the process a little simpler.”
