“Bought a key that ended up being region locked, and their solution on the website didn't help me. Then got no response in the support ticket, I'll update this if I get a response. Other then that, good-ish service”

“Jai acheté une clé windows et une office, celle de windows fonctionne bien mais celle d'office, peut être une mauvaise manipulation de ma part mais après 2 jours toujours pas de correctif”

“I really wanted to be able to right a good review. I bought 5 sims Cd keys and 4 worked. 5th one didn’t, wasn’t in any rush so I just followed the report key function. I have now been emailing back and forth for over 2 weeks. I provided screenshots which were requested and was told it would be rectified. Then I got an email telling me I had to log in to sims online to register the game. The key is 4 digits too short but hey, I had a go. I emailed bad the proof, including a video, that the code was not working and requested a refund (after initially asking for a new key) as I was fed up by then. Only to receive an email today with the first email reply requesting the screenshots! I am going around in circles and getting a bit fed up now. They take a couple of days to respond also, which is a pain.”

“Very good communication by CJS! I've placed an order for a Grid Race Driver (2008) CD key, but it turned out it was the 2019 version. When I've pointed that out, CJS quickly replied to me and refunded my order. Still, too bad because I really wanted the 2008 game..”

“The lock is not working very well. It sticks halfway through locking and unlocking. Also, the door does not click shut anymore which it has to do as it is a fire door.”

“It took till the next day to get my code. Which don't get me wrong is not long to wait, but not instant as advertised and is frustrating if you need the code to start playing with friends. That said, the price can't be beat so overall I'm happy there.”

“The design of the website and the procedure of how to get your key seem very dubious. But since you can use PayPal, I embarked on the adventure of buying here anyway. The phone number verification only worked on the second attempt, despite using the exact same pin both time, which also does not improve the occurrence. If the Key works and I don't get some scammy debits via my telefonnummer, i will higher the review rating.”

“firstly i had to send numerous emails as they kept saying your key is ready to collect..it never was....then secondly 3 phone verifications...thirdly after 48 hrs of waiting and back and forth with emails...i had they key...deffo not instant like they claimed...if it wasnt because they were pretty cheap....i wouldnt bother with cjs keys at all”

“Firstly took ages to finally get the key...after numerous emails...with the same response ... Then asked for phone verification 3 times....eventually getting key 48hrs later....and not instantly as advertided”

“I usely buy here my xbox live card and it go's quickly. My son had a lan game party in the weekend and i bought one on friday around 15.50. I told them i would let de creditcard company refund my money and buy somewere els my card because i need it in the weekend. Now 5 days later i got the code and still payed for it. Now i payed for 2 xboxlive because of the slow service. Im not sure if i dare to use this site again. My wife wanted office i bought it somewere els because she needed it this weekend. Its tobad becaus i was realy postitive out this site.”

“After purchasing my key I found that I could not use it, due to the CPU on my computer. It looks as if my computer is no longer able to be updated from the OEM operating system.”
