“Tried game share with Mario Odyssey for Nintendo switch, didn’t work as it should. Spoke to many people in chat and just kept getting ignored once I mentioned I wanted a refund. Say’s refunded but I’ve had no payment back so far, I’ll wait a I little longer then rise the issue with my bank”

“i received an office 2019 key that needed to be activated by phone, it wasn't supposed to be this way. i did try to activate it by phone - microsoft said that the key is not valid. the support team didn't give any solution, i had to by a new key from other vendor”

“Ordered key, delivered fast but didn't work. Raised ticket, heard nothing back. There is no acknowledgement like a case number or such, just a brief pop up saying "submitted" or something then nothing.”

“This is a brilliant service and unlike various scamsters it is genuine. My only slight quibble is that i have twice bought a key for one of my older W7 computers and the first time i couldn't get it to work for ages and the support team weren't much help, but by internet sleuthing I found out that there was a special Microsoft patch -update 3024777 I needed to get my activation key processed. There again it was a typical case of big tech making stuff awkward and individual users flagging up the solution. Power to the people and CJS CDS Keys!”

“I ordered my game 8 days ago and I still haven’t received it, not only that I’m being refused my refund being told they haven’t said they can’t deliver it. Funny that they say in exceptional cases it’s 48 hours then what do you call 8 days……total shame”
