“This will be 10+ Purchase and i have NEVER had a bad experience. This time I purchased Windows 11 pro keys and MS Office keys and its just seamless. “Item ordered (digital key) did not work. Contacted support through their website and received two responses very quickly, but both were confusing- one said they were out of stock (it was a digital key I had already received), and one asking for a screenshot of the issue. I sent the screenshot of the issue, as well as chasing up twice but received no response, have filed a case with PayPal for a refund. It seems from other reviews that if things go well they go well, but if not the support is very poor. I won't be taking that chance again.”
