“product was listed as a steam key, but i was not a key, it was a Steam Gift which I never received because the game is not available in my region and I can't be gifted it. Customer service just sends the same email each time asking for screenshots of an error, which I cant give them because I never got an error, i never got anything. They got my money, I got nothing.”

“The instant delivery claim is ridiculous, I've made the mistake of using them too many times with the hope I may get the key the same day. There is a chance, but most orders will sit on pending. I've waited on pending for it to finally change to Backordered. I'm finally sticking to my choice of completely avoiding CJS.”

“I purchased a broken key from this company, and after nearly a year, they finally refunded my money, but only as a credit to my account. Additionally, they sold me three random keys, two of which do not work. I consider this to be highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I am considering taking legal action just to address this situation.”
