“Initially, I had problems, but they were quickly resolved with a refund. So I placed an order again, received my purchase, installed the key, and was up and running within 5 minutes. Honestly, I was a bit weary as this was the first time using CJS CD Keys, but after today, I will not have any worries at all.”

“I purchased an Activation Code for Kaspersky Plus 2years order #4136664'''''' I have tried to submit the key you sent.....but Ksapersky says " activation code is invalid in this region".......I raised a complaint ticket with you but have heard nothing from you in the last 36 hours......so much for the "we will get back to you within 2 hours " so i would like a replacement code that works or refund before i apply to Pay Pal for a refund .”

“I ordered both Windows and Office keys. The Windows keys worked, but the Office keys did not. I contacted customer service two days ago and have received complete silence since then — no response whatsoever. Very disappointing experience. I would recommend staying away.”

“Worse digital buying experience in quite sometime. I purchased Office 2024 ProPlus LTSC and the main download link didn't work and had to use a secondary download provided. Something that never happens if you are buying from a truly authorized vendor. Once I did succeed in downloading the software, it wouldn't install so I had to contact customer support who provided another source for downloading the software. Once I installed it the software keys that come with my purchase would not activate the software and never did. I contacted customer support multiple times and never received any tangible support that addressed my issue. They seemed more interested in giving me the run around rather than resolving my issue which should have been easy to do. My suggestion? Run don't walk away from this company...”

“Awful experience. Followed their instructions on their site and code didn’t work. Will not refund said that it is region locked. Okay why do you have instructions on how to over ride the region lock and then tell people after the purchase it can’t be overidin. Terrible service definitely a dice roll.”

“Could not be more happy with my purchases from CJS-Keys. Mostly trouble free and the one item that did not go smoothly was resolved with the instructions. Its nice to be able to go back and download the key again should you need to reinstall.”

“Almost everything was fine, except one thing. I was just wanna to buy a steam key for my friend to activate it by him, but obtain a steam gift(that was given it to my friend by a bot). At least it must be noticed somewhere, that it's a gift nor a key.”
