“Don’t bother pre ordering codes. They don’t send them on release day. Games been out for 4 hours and I’m still waiting on a code. No reply from support when raising a ticket. No communication or reason for the delay. Very poor service. Don’t trust.”

“After being told i would receive my key in “plenty of time for the release” i have been left without until 5 hours later whist other providers have managed to fulfill their obligations without delay, I was lead to believe i as purchasing a PRE ORDER of my chosen game i could install beforehand but instead purchased a “pre pay” launch edition, I cannot in good spirit rate the service provided as any better due to seeing others experience alongside my own”

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!! I bought battlefield 6 pre-order 3 days ago. .release date today 10.10.25 at 4pm..now 3.5 hours later no key..emailed 3.5 hours ago-no response. I can watch many streamers live on utube playing battlefield 6... so the game is working..but i can't play..never using CJS CD KEYS again!”

“Garbage. Use cd keys (loaded) if you need a pre order. Ordered bf6 ready for release day and haven't received the key. Absolutely let down by this company.”

“Battlefield 6 official release was 3 hours ago now, and still no code. Same issue as everyone else. The website says my code is ready to collect, then when I click through to pick it up, it says 'Pending Fulfilment' on the next page. I've not had issues like this with CJS-CDkeys before, but maybe it's time to start looking elsewhere for download keys.”

“Absolute nightmare. First time using this company so maybe this is the standard. Pre-ordered Battlefield 6. Download key isn’t available until the game launches, which makes sense. Game has now launched, still no download key. Order status is “Available for collection”, in the order it says “pending fulfilment”, when I try to cancel the order it’s says it cannot be cancelled because the order has been despatched. So it’s as clear as mud as to what is happening. Raised a support ticket but know response yet and no idea if I’ll get one now it’s the weekend. If still no code or reply on Monday I’ll need to contact PayPal to raise a case to get a refund. My friends that are also purchasing the game didn’t bother pre-ordering and have had instant downloads of the keys from the providers they bought from.”

“Preordered 2 COPIES Battlefield 6 on Xbox series X, was purchased on the 5th of October.. did not receive key but order was "ready". When claiming it says "PendingFulfillment:This CD Key is currently Processing / is a Pre-order for a game that has not been released yet. (check release date on product page)." So contacted customer service and got a reply from Dave and Rick with some generic you need to claim it and it's ready, useless. Now it's 16:49, 49 minutes AFTER the game is being played, I have not got my keys. Emailed customer service TWICE, once at 11:42 and once at 15:28 and received nothing from them. I cannot cancel either as it says it has already been fulfilled. My worries is if I buy 2 more copies from elsewhere, I will not be able to cancel the scammed order or they fulfil it weeks later.”
