“Piracy - this company says it will deliver a new, unique activation code, but after the payment is received it gives an instruction set to crack the software.”

“0 star I it were possible. The code I've been given is short by 9 digits/letters. I've tried to report it and get a refund but after putting in my details including my Xbox subscription history for whatever reason, the submit button is a dead link. So frustrating. Paid through PayPal so will hopefully get my money back through them. Won't be going through these guys ever again.”

“They stole my money. Plain and simple. The key they provided was region locked, so I couldn't activate it. I provided enough proofs for them to refund me and they said they did ! They emailed me that everything has been refunded on my store credits but they didn't. Two weeks of emailling back and forward for nothing, they just run in circle copy pasting me the same answers. It is run by scammers. Don't trust them !”

“DO NOT BUY ANY GAME KEYS HERE!!! Got no Key (Assassins Creed Valhalla Gold Edition). Got no answer from CJS CD Keys Support. Waited 24h. Now i try via PAYPAL to get my money back. DO NOT BUY ANY GAME KEYS HERE!!!”

“Bought the game. I couldn't pick up the key to the game. I waited a few days for support to solve the problem. They didn't solve it. I did a refund and after 4 days I am still waiting for my money. No one from the support responds to my ticket. Really not professional. I do not recommend this site.”

“Terrible service, recieved a bunch of emails which are meant to "link" me to the code i bought but instead it says the payment is being processed even though it has been withdrawn from my bank account. Get back to me ASAP”

“Bought Baldur's Gate 3 CD Key For Steam, in the product info it says it is a REGION FREE key. In reality, they ask you (illegally) to change your region with VPN and buy another game to make the change stack. only after that the promise to deliver the key. my advice, buy from another store!!!!”

“Annoying “security” questions requiring phone number, email etc after paying! Key took over 24 hours to deliver Turned out to be not working Didn’t want to refund me, had to get PayPal to step in and refund me. Support also takes 24 hours to reply each time”

“Shocking customer service. £90 out of pocket for 5 keys that are invalid and won’t work. Over 5 weeks without a response in spite of chasing. Shame because there keys are great when they work, which they mostly do. When they don’t…. Tough!”

“The key code provided was a 16 digit code. The Xbox code that we bought is meant to be a 25 code. Code does not work. Tried to contact to say we need a mew code or refund and had nothing back.”
