“12.00 Paid for key 12.04 Payment reached CJS bank 12.0? CJS Keys says not paid 12.30 Proof of Payment sent emailed 12.30 "Received and is being reviewed by support staff" 16.27 STILL NO NEWS Would really prefer to give a good rating !!”

“BE CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THESE SLIPPERY EELS... I mistakenly purchased a Kaspersky key which will not activate in my country. Immediately created a support ticket informing them of this. I also requested a refund to be told 48 hours later that I can only get a refund once the key goes back into their system and is then resold to another customer... And even then I don't get a refund to my debit card, but it's store credit !! Never mind, once bitten, twice shy. Goodbye CJS CD Keys and good riddance :)”

“Customer service. I've been buying keys through cj for a while now. Had only a couple small issues months ago. Today I have issues. Key no good. While waiting on replacement I just bought another. Key no good. After 2 messages left on the phone. 2 emails not a single reply. Still waiting. Why do you advertise great customer support when in reality there isn't any at all”

“Ordered a key for Dead by Daylight with some DLC add-ons, received a key that only unlocked the original game. 5 days so far and no help. Customer service gave the 'your case is a priority' response 4 days ago and even their Twitter has said they've forwarded my info. I've had to put in a Paypal dispute which can take a whole month to resolve. If you want a game for cheap and are willing to risk not being able to play it, or having to spend time chasing them if things go wrong then go for it but for the sake of a few quid, after my experience I am steering clear of them.”

“I ordered 2 office 2016 keys. They didn’t work. I have reached out to the company via their “ticket system”. There has been no response. I think this company is folding up business. I have received no product of value. The keys for the software did not work. The company has broken my trust.”

“I EMAILED FOR HELP 3 NIGHTS AGO, IMMEDIATELY AFTER PURCHASING AN OFFICE PRODUCT AND BEING UNABLE TO INSTALL IT. BESIDES ACKNOWLEDGING MY REQUEST HAD BEEN RECEIVED AND WAS BEING REVIEWED I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. SERIOUSLY? THREE DAYS AND NOTHING? AT THIS STAGE I AM SO ANNOYED THAT I WANT A REFUND AND WOULD NEVER DEAL WITH THIS LOT AGAIN. WHAT A RIPOFF!”
