“I wish I could give less than 1 star. Absolute worst game key service I've have had for awhile. Ordered a 13 year old game, their "Autokey" key delivery system couldn't actually give me a key, and I am STILL waiting for a reply from their customer service department to resolve this issue. Tried contacting through email and their customer service link and still nothing. I genuinely have not seen worse lack of urgency to deliver to a customer. 2 days and waiting... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CDKEY RETAILER!”

“Bought key for windows 10 pro and it didn't work. Tried to get a refund but the browser freezes on the last page. I have purchased keys in the past with no problems but apparently I got burned this time.”

“After 3 responses back from support and 3 days, I was able to access the webpage to get my product key for Visual Studio. The support response was generic, and they wouldn't send the key to my email even though I provided a screenshot of the transaction clearing my bank account. The product key didn't work. I'm not happy with this experience. The secret to making money is to make customers happy and to be accurate when processing orders. I might try this company again sometime, or I might recommend another company to buy keys.”

“Ordered a game from them and had their website state that the order hadn't gone through. Checked there collection page and Paypal and there was nothing there so I ordered again yet upon collection both ordered had now been processed and thus were my complain beings. Tried to get a refund but after waiting 48 hours between each interaction they went back to there first canned response that they will offer a "goodwill gesture" and put it back into the sale pool thinking that the customer should trust them to actually honour what they have said even though they have zero knowledge of when or if the keys have been resold. There are plenty of shoddy CDKey companies out there and this is definitely one of them.”
