“Website promises instant delivery of key. If 3 and a half days is instant, then yes, this company delivered the key instantly. Additionally, their customer service is almost non-existent. They did not respond to my queries for 3 days. I didn't even get an initial email to acknowledge my purchase was being processed. Then after 4 days of my queries being ignored, four emails came through from them all at once, comprising the initial acknowledgement I should have received 3.5 days earlier, an email telling me how to collect my key, an email reminding me I had not collected my key and finally an email confirming my PayPal payment was successful. Why send a reminder email when no previous emails had been sent? They obviously have serious issues with their automated email system. I can accept delays occur but I cannot accept being ignored for 4 days with no communication to explain why a delay was occurring and how/when it could potentially be rectified. It is frustrating and downright rude, so I will not use this company again. I'll leave others to decide whether they want to the same.”

“terrible customer service, delivery times and sellers are scammers. I bought a hitman 3 copy and it wasnt delivered for over a week when it was promised in 12 hours. Now that i dont want it anymore their refund button doesnt even work so now im stuck talking to support that responds every 5 days if im lucky. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS.”

“I purchased a Key on 27/07/2021, since that day I am expecting my activation codes. Every time I sent an email asking for a refund or the activation code and attached the proof of payment. I receive this "We are sorry, we are getting this checked by our account team, Kindly allow us time we will update you soon." Today is 13/09/2021. “The supplied Key doesn't work. It's not for the version of office 2013 Proffesional plus. I've followed their link to the correct ISO several times. The result is always the same, the key is not for the version installed. The version installed is the version at the end of their link. cjs insist the keys is valid. Explain it to microsoft then cjs as they insist it's not!”

“Placed order 20 hours ago. Submitted payment twice $80 total, email was sent to me stating that first payment was unsuccessful, sent funds again, found out first payment went through. Order still says Awaiting Payment. No reply to my support email. Nobody answers the phone during business hours, left several messages. Support site states, replies to support email within 1 hour...not true. I am now out $80 bucks with no way to reach this company to get what i ordered which I paid twice for.”

“well after purchasing WaW on Steam for PC , went to go to the autokey section. and my cd key was a 404 blank error... and apparently responses take up to 5 days, after i just got ripped off by this company, while making me go through ridiculous security measures.”
