“Don't trust this company they are a con, advertises a lifetime licence that only lasts 6 months, does not reply to your emails does not give a stuff about customer service, Just grabs ur money and runs....”

“Buyed the key, payments always goes fast and right, and when i payed for it, it said there's a problem please wait 12 hours and try again. I am not buying digital products to wait 12 hours. Definitly not going to use this service again.”

“I have been given a useless Call of Duty account. It is shadow banned. It’s been almost 24 hours with out a reply from support. I’m about to dispute through PayPal, if I don’t get a reply soon.”

“So much for Lifetime Licence? Software stopped after 6 months. No helpdesk no customer service?? Their email support which they state is the fastest way to raise an issue is a waste of time. Their software advertised as having a lifetime licence stops working after 6 months.... I would stay away from this business there are other dealers to be found that can be trusted, but not CJS.”

“Bought a game and i was expecting a CD key. Instead i was redirected to a website that asked for my steam credentials in order for a Bot to send me a gift. That was not what they advertised in the game page. Had i known i wouldn't have purchased. Besides that i sent a ticket asking for a refund. 2 days passed and still no answer from them. Very bad customer support.”

“Code didn't work. Requested refund instead of a reply I got an email to leave feedback. Requested to view the code and was told I would get an email that never arrived. Wouldn't use again.”

“I ordered a Office 365 account, they stated it was a personal account, with personal access to OneDrive. It ended up being an account part of an organization (school) that provides OneDrive for business access (for those who don't know, in an account like that the owner of the organization, whoever he is, can see every file is uploaded by the user). I sent a lot of mails, explained all my reasons, but there's no way they will refund me. I have a PayPal dispute open. BEWARE OF THEM AND OF THE ACCOUNTS YOU BUY”

“Office 2019 key bought, followed instruction by trying to activate over the phone and by following other instructions. Key found to be blocked. Reported key not working and advised remedy would be in 3 hours. 3 days later resubmit support request with no contact received. Not happy.”

“Untrained incompetent staff that can't complete the simplest tasks. They take your money and do not allow you access to the code. They DO NOT email you the code, they email you an invoice which you have to manually pay. They then require a payment reference (IF YOU DONT HAVE PAYPAL YOU CANT PAY DIRECTLY) in order for you to access the code. Even after sending the payment, proof of payment and multiple emails over an entire week, the customer service team still refuse to refund/complete the order. SCAMMERS”
