“Bought a Key, marked with several languages. Got a key with English/RUS only. Asked for a refund. They answered, that the key said "DE" but unfortunately they wont refund. Key is STILL avail like this! They did not even remove it. Marked "Very Hard" @ "How easy was it to get a refund?" and "Over 14 Days" @ How many days did the refund take? down below this questioneaire. But i did not get a refund at all, and they still offer the "wrong" language Key.”

“absolutely awful company would never recommend them I purchased a code for 12 months Xbox live instead I got 3 months ultimate not what I ordered at all tried getting it changed just been ignored by them absolutely shocking please stay away.”

“Not a company you can trust had a key that did not work contacted customer service and basically nothing was done they told me to do different work arounds and i was like i just wanted a key that works thats what i ordered customer service is terrible most of there reviews are employees.”

“Paid for two keys (Doom VR and Cyberpunk 2077) - autohotkey just gives an error (file not found) and I cannot get access to the keys I have been charged for. Logged a ticket and have been totally ignored for almost three days. Have asked for a refund, are currently still being ignored by "customer service". I understand that things dont always work but if you have a problem (quite likely from my experience) cjs-cdkeys appear reluctant to fix it. So far I have paid, got nothing and am being ignored - am wondering why 1 star is the minimum, should be minus one star.”
