“i wiated 4 days to get my key, not only that support dint answar and i thouth i got scammed but it was legit tho”

“I have purcahsed a LIFETIME subscription, yet after few months the key has expired and cannot use any of the programs. When emailed to ask to be solved the reply was: "I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months.". Maybe stop selling 'Lifetime' worth of subscriptions! Waste of my time as it also took long for the team to reply!”

“Consider any $$$ your give them as a donation without the tax discount or send it to me and I will take it. Got a Windows 10 Pro license and spent about 2 hours trying to get it to work, all failed. I went to SOFTWARE CODE PRO, got my key instantly and it worked. Took me 5 minutes. Thanks for the rip-off CJS.”

“Great price, worked a treat. But..... I have bought three 'lifetime' office 365 licences in the last year and each one has expired (forcing me to buy another) - so the product does not do what it says it does. Customer service is poor and painfully slow (I told they about my problem ten days ago and I am still waiting for a reply, which is debilitating as I cannot use any office products in the meantime). The upfront cost is not worth the hassle later on.”

“the page said the product was region free, and after buying it, it is showing that I can not activate the key as only European countries are selected as receiving the game code. The page has obviously lied about that. I tried requesting a refund and you don't allow it because the keys are in stock? I purchased 2 keys and have just wasted my money here”

“Las claves no funcionaron, me decía que no eran válidas (las descargué para el software adecuado SO adecuado, no es por eso). Una vez que te lo has descargado, te dicen que tienes que activarlo con el procedimiento de la página!! No puedes incluir las claves de activación directamente en el software!! y el procedimiento que te dice la página NO FUNCIONA. He perdido el dinero.”

“My first order went through ok - eventually - but was a lot of hastle trying to get through the fraud verification using my phone. The site is quite complicated to use. I then tried to order another game and it got stuck in verification permanently. Never got any verification texts on my phone and never got the game code, and have to now wait for it to automatically cancel in 4 days. No responses to any of my messages or emails. Pretty useless site tbh.”

“Bought BF5 key, which did not work. Wrote support 3 times and got finally an answer after nearly 3 weeks, which was just a standard phrase that they will take care of that problem. 2 weeks later, there is still no solution - Useless support. So watch out, if you buy any keys from them. That was my first and my last time buying from them. All the good reviews must be payed reviews. The similar looking text style and the timestamp are so obviously.”

“Pretty poor. Sold a steam gift url as a CD key. Not quite the same thing. Refused to provide address to send gift to & requested refund. No response for 2 days & have had to escalate to Paypal. Seems to be all that ever happens with this company.”

“Key worked fine for 9 months, then it expired.. Advertised as a LIFETIME KEY. Customer Services absolutely useless, claiming they do not guarantee these keys after 6 months. Terrible waste of money..”

“I have bought a order, but the order has not been processed. I have sent 4 emails to customer support team. NO RESPONSE. I have paid the and if I request for a refund they are deducting a Pound. Not sure why as its not my fault.”
