“I have bought lifetime microsoft office but you have deactivated this despite correspondence and providing proof of purchase. Your support people are not helpful and you have done nothing to resolve this issue. I feel very let down and conned by your company and would not recommend that anyone uses you”

“Al principio me funciono la clave la licencia para 5 computadoras en 2. Luego en la segunda computadora me dio problema. Esto fue despue de 3-4 meses aproximadamente.”

“Product didn’t work after installs/failed activation/uninstall/failed phone verification etc.. submitted ticket to Merchant, no response, no refund … found functional instant product on competitors site for 80% less — would give 0 stars if I could!!”

“Could not install the crash bandicoot key using the VPN and followed diligently the instructions - no refund given and denied a refund from Paypal. Money thrown away and many hours of frustration. Obviously will not use again.”

“I ordered F2020 for Steam. But it can't be installed because the steam shop account has to be in Europe. Product description says region free. I am waiting now for a week to get any solution from CJS. Really bad support.”

“I ordered 5 office license form them which they advertise life time license . in the last 6 month I had trouble with all of them the codes deactivating or expire and have to chase CJS keys for new codes. They reply and they send new codes sometimes it takes 2 days sometimes 2 weeks . This is not what they advertise it's a pain in the ass to chase them each time for new code upload screenshots and I have to proove that the code is useless. as I mentioned this is not a single case I had continous issues with all of my purchases.”

“Microsoft Office 365 ran out just after a year. Suddenly I can no longer edit, only view my documents. The only response I got was that my order was "too old" and that they can only guarantee the product for 6 months. Absolutely rubbish.”

“It is advertised that what your buying is a gift code for a 2000 Crown gift code and instead you get a form to fill out on what you want to recieve.. As your about to click to get the code you get redirected to a form where you need to fill out what you want and your character name. The whole process is a pain as you have to fill out everything from your adress to comfirming your phonenumber by code. 1/10 would not shop at this site ever again. False advertisement!”

“I was unable to access the key. Then I was unable to access my account. I click the forgot password and it just keeps kicking me out. I have paid £43 for fifa 22…. And have had to buy it again via Amazon as he was upset not to be able to play it. I have emailed and you have ignored my emails. I feel very disappointed”

“Company wouldn't replace a Microsoft Office key that suddenly failed after less than one year. Contact with the helpdesk took much too long to get any reply, and had poor English. I would advise avoiding this company.”

“When attempting to redeem an Xbox Live 12 month gold code it had "already been redeemed". CJS CD Keys refused to give me a refund unless I sent them screenshots of my Microsoft billing information and payment details. I did not agree to this - being scammed and robbed by this company once was enough for me! It is much better to pay full price and buy from a reputable company than compromise your bank account security for the sake of saving a few pounds.”

“Bought a Key, marked with several languages. Got a key with English/RUS only. Asked for a refund. They answered, that the key said "DE" but unfortunately they wont refund. Key is STILL avail like this! They did not even remove it. Marked "Very Hard" @ "How easy was it to get a refund?" and "Over 14 Days" @ How many days did the refund take? down below this questioneaire. But i did not get a refund at all, and they still offer the "wrong" language Key.”
