“Absolutely horrendous customer service. Purchased an Xbox Live Key and they sent me a 2nd hand one. All I receive is emails requesting screen shots which we have sent 3 times already. No acknowledgement and no refund. Total waste of time and money. Do Not Use!!”

“they have implemented a weird antifraud verification, paid for a game, i was charged, and then they email you asking pro proof of identity an pictures of your card. did what they've asked and hours later i m still waiting for a reply/ the cd key that i ve bought or my money back”

“Bought an Office CD Key, worked fine for 8 months, then they must have resold it as it stopped working saying someone else was using it, contacted support and as you can see in the picture below (answer from their staff/support) they will do nothing as they cant guarantee they are selling something that wont be sold again. IF YOU PURCHASE A KEY FROM HERE EXPECT IT TO LAST ONLY UP TO 6 MONTHS!!”

“I bought a "Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5." (november 2020) My life isn't over yet... This is the answer I Got from support desk: "Hi There! I'm really sorry but your order is too old, we only can offer a guarantee for up to 6 months."”

“Using the VPN is the most difficult thing still not managed it... not sure if it’s iOS causing the problem but it won’t allow to redeem the code using any VPN service... especially the one in the instructions which isn’t trusted”

“If I could give zero stars then I would, CJS CD Keys can keep blocking me all they want, but to reach out after being honest on their PPC campaign to save others from the same pain I went through then it shows you what sort of company these people run and the customer service they strive to give. I ordered a Microsoft office 365 Lifetime 5 Devices PC & Mac key, the key worked for around 6 months and then it stopped. Having thought it was an issue with my license I tried again, having eliminated that issue it was onto support again. Once they finally responded I was provided another key, which again didn't work, having gone back to them no reply for a few months they finally responded stating that: Hi There! I am sorry. This order is too old. We do not support order older than 1 year. Thanks! Now this product worked for around 6 months, it failed to work past this and the company took soo long to respond, they then conjured up an excuse of not supporting a "lifetime" product key and then didn't respond. Having spotted a Facebook PPC campaign I simply stated my experience as I have here and they did reach out via FB Messenger, when trying to respond I was presented with a red exclamation mark as seen in the picture (attached), this indicates that CJS CD Keys has decided to block me and not honour any further communication due to the way they've treated me. Having reviewed their FB page and campaigns they've removed all of my "truthful" comments which is not only unfair competition since my posts were genuine as well as honest, they've blocked me from making any further comments and all for what? Not wanting to just resolve the issue, after putting up another post on facebook it appears that several of my other friends are also having this issue. BE WARNED OF THIS COMPANY, THEY DO NOT CARE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND SIMPLY WILL BLOCK YOU WHEN YOU TRY TO CONTACT THEM.”

“Paid for the item. Received the item. Apparently my laptop had a different system to the key. Explained this to cjs keys who offered a refund. They would take my key back and put back up to sell. I would then receive refund once sold. Been palmed off ever since. No key, no refund. So basically stole my money. Still waiting 2 months on.”

“Terrible customer service. Provide keys that aren't valid and then don't resolve the issue. Keep stating they have provided "a free replacement key, which is completely unused." Except it is the same key and then they just try and fob you off with "We've given you a replacement key".”

“I have been customer for almost 3 to 4 years, hadn't been got any problem until now, bought lifetime office 365 key a year ago, it suddenly stopped working, i asked for refund or renewable key but customer service said we only cater 6 months old order, then why are you saying it lifetime license if you can't give lifetime key, just say it you are giving 6 months key... Please stay away for their lying product like lifetime keys etc”

“Suport system extrordinarly bad, they responded me after 4 or 5 days every time i replied to my ticket, even if i replied like 20 min after they replied me, and they should ve gave me my refund since 5 OCTOBER AFTER MORE THAN 3 WEEKS THEY STILL DIDNT REFUND ME.”
