“Cannot recommend, would not use again. Very poor & extremely slow communication, seemingly a bot. Autokey system is inaccurate with misleading information. Could only get refund by involving Paypal. Wasted a huge amount of time. Buyer Beware !”

“Back and forth constant nonsense with this company because they did not believe me when I said that their Microsoft key codes do NOT WORK. They INSISTED I keep on trying and every time I tried the key code, it failed I asked them for a refund, several times and each time they sent me an email stating the key code works. Well, it does NOT WORK! Microsoft is NOT ACCEPTING this key code. Do not waste your money!”

“I bought a lifetime M365 Office key licence for 5 devices. The keys suddenly stopped working after about 18 months - email address no longer recognized. I have tried to make contact with the company on multiple occasions. Received an initial response ("we can't help") and nothing further. Extremely disappointed in their lack of customer service. I am now left with a "lifetime licence" that doesn't work. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances - they effectively took my money and ran for the hills. They don't care about customer service.”

“I wanted to buy the Premium Version of Forza Horizon 5, received the Deluxe for a quite high price-tag. I'm not happy with the experience. The game was advertised as a Premium Version, but got the deluxe in the end. I was shocked when I looked at the receipt afterwards and wondered why the early access doesn't work! Never again!”

“Reason 1) - literally had to wait a day to even see my key code, thought i got scammed. Reason 2) - when I DID get the key code it ended up invalid, I sent them the repeal to get another key code instead of a refund since they don't allow for refunds after you get a keycode, even not a working one (like I'm sorry what??). They e-mailed back saying they will review the appeal and get back to me in a couple hours. Never happened. Reason 3) - They had the nerve to send me an e-mail next morning to give them a 5-star rating. Utter horrible trash customer support”

“Do NOT use for pre-orders if you want to play the game at time of release - you will be staring at 'generating code - pending' for days wondering if it will ever appear. I repeat, do NOT use for pre-orders if you want to play the game at release. Rather pay £10-20 more and actually not have the stress of wondering if it will turn up or not.”
