“Watch out, the text in the description is misleading. I thought I ordered Office 365 to be installed on my computer, but it is an online account. It does say it somehowin the text, but it also says that you can download office to you rcomputer. So very misleading. Ended up with an online account that does not do the trick for me.”

“my key says "shipped" and available and asking my to download. Yet when i generate the key it says that it is out of stock. put in a ticket and they have ignored my for 7 days . still no key or refund”

“I bought a windows 10 OEM key and received a single use key. Why would I pay more for a fake OEM key on your site when you sell single use ones cheaper. Was told they couldn't help so they don't care once they have your cash, disgusting.”

“Although the delivery of the the product Office 365 was prompt, key worked, just after 2 months, I am receiving messages of password expiry, I am contacting CJS, no response till yet! I have no idea what I will do if the password expires!”

“Ordered a game, recieved the option to collect the game, click it, get an error saying the game is not available, make a ticket, wait 3 days for a response and can't play the game till then, after 3 days no response (!!!), asked for a refund and bought it somewhere else. Terrible! No idea how they got 4½ Stars?”

“Had no contact other than automated response emails Key will not working been almost 2 days now I had to take 6 screen shots to 1 of my order history in the last year WHY anyone needs to know that is beyond me This was all before I could submit a claim for the key not working I would not recommend this company to anyone”

“Quite possibly the worst company i have ever dealt with. I bought a xbox ultimately key from them after reading their warranty about no key the cash back. It should have been delivered same day. 3 days later i received an email apologising that theybwere out of stock. 3 days later got code. Entered it into my microsoft account it did not work. Another email 3 days later full of apologise and a link to my microsoft account instructing me to use the code here. Didnt work again. Another email responded to 3 days later. After many exact same emails and me requesting the return of my cash i received a groveling email telling me how important i am and requesting me too not leave negative feedback they were working on it i got another email with link to my account telling me to use it there. More emails more answers 3 days later. I received an email blaming their supplier. Promises to get me a working code or theyll return my cash. 3 days later email saying its sorted and link to my microsoft account telling me to use it there. Didnt work. Again. So i logged onto paypal and started to submit a claim. CjS have a long bit of blurb for you to read wich basicly threatens that should you make a claim with paypal then you lose all rights to and help from CJS. They will not respond and let it take as long as possible for the claim to progress. You could not get a more blatant disregard for customers. Please please please Dont risk your cash. It looks like if you get a working code your fine. But If its faulty your stuffed. You lose your money. Hopefully ill be able update you in future but i doubt this review will make it. Spend your cash with CD keys not CJSCDKeys. They are not the same company”

“The After Sales Service is pathetic. I purchased a Microsoft Office 365 LIFETIME License for 5 DEVICES. Within six months of purchase I encountered a 'Invalid / Code not found'. I complained and the original key was replaced immediately with an apology. another six months and I have encountered the same error. and when i filed a complain, I am told 'Orders older that 1 year are not supported'. Repeated request for assistance are met with Copy pasted response. If you only support orders up to 1 year, why sell Lifetime License?”

“The most complicated useless way to purchase games ever from a site,I have still been unable to activate my purchase, when I went to send a email it was,take s screen shot of this screenshot of that, FFS they only need the order number they have my details account email etc. Customer service is rank Never again ,steam all is forgiven I didn't realise your competition was so bad Keep your hard earned money and skip past this so called site before a second blink”

“Key I purchased has been blocked by Adobe: "We are reaching out to notify you that our fraud prevention specialists detected fraudulent behavior concerning your Photography plan (20GB) subscription. As a result, your subscription has been cancelled. You will no longer be able to access the included Adobe apps and services but your files have been retained."”

“Absolute cheaters. Send non-working Steam keys several times and then refuse to reimburse the purchase price. I've been waiting for a sensible solution for 7 weeks now. Finally I received the message that my money was no longer there. So: be careful !!!”
