“Bought windows 11, did not work. Asked for a refund and was told i woukd have to wait for it was re-sold. Eventually told that as 60 days had passed it was too late and any refund could only be re paid to paypal. I do not have a paypal account so they are saying i will not get the refund. It was the compamy who waited for the 60 days to pass! I have asked for a cheque but do not think i will get it.”

“Much cheaper than elsewhere, the key arrived about one hour after I ordered. I was sceptical at first due to the price and having not dealt with CJS before, but can't fault them at all. I will be a returning customer”

“Key worked fine, just one important aspect to point out, CJS you need to include the REGION details within the product details section before purchases, for this item it was not listed but rather later found on the activation page, I found it within the title only after the initial purchase was made, meaning region details are not provided until after the purchase. Activation Key worked after applying changes myself. Overall still 5***** Thanks.”

“Provided Key didn't work and I was then given the run around for over a month trying different things, often the same thing I'd already done, but the customer service/support desk person changed, and so I had to repeat those steps, even though they'd already failed repeatedly before. The small saving really isn't worth the stress and now I'm out of pocket because they refuse to acknowledge that the Key just doesn't work and they won't give a refund.”

“Bought a key for a antivirus program and it didn't work at first. But I turned to the support and got help with the key and it eventually worked. It took about a day or so to get it to work. The process of the purchase was fast and simple. It's the second time I buy something here, and so far it's been good.”

“Purchased Football Manager 26 from them with a decent saving but more than that I had problems with the activation codes and had to contact their support. They were brilliant. It was my fault, just not being patient with a pre release. Would happily recommend them”
